I've been taking my son to this Dentist for awhile now and never really had an opinion one way or the either until yesterday when my son had an appointment but he woke up with a fever ( it is flu season) so I called to let them know and was treated with absolute disgust by the receptionist. She very rudely said I need to call 48 hrs in advance and let them know he would be sick when i pointed out that I didn't know he would be sick in 48 hrs she said she wouldn't be yelled at ( i wasn't yelling) and then told me to get a Doctor's not or next time they would dismiss us from there services. When I said I was trying to be considerate by letting them know he was sick she told me they are booked through June and won't be able to see us. This was the worst I have been treated by company of any kind and wont be going back ever again.

Went to the dentist, had to have 2 root canals, 2 crowns and a filling. Dr. Ben was excellent in every way, I had a stubborn tooth that did not want to get numb, he was so patient and gentle. He and his assistant continued to check to see if I was in pain and ok. They know how to treat patients. Not just as a number but as a person. I was extremely worried about getting this work done, I've had a terrible experience with another dentist. I will never go to any one else if I have a choice. This dental office actually cares about the people they work on. They are really the best in town.

For the first time in our lives we are on government assistance. I have never been treated so rudely by the front counter staff and felt that my insurance was below their personal standards! Take away that experience, the rest of my experience was incredible. The hygienist that cared for me took the time to educate about proper teeth care and what happens if not cared for. The hygienist was also very gentle with my cleaning, I’m not leaving in pain from the scraping and scrubbing. Overall I think this dental provider is good and worth giving a chance!

Went in to have a check up in April of 2023 and had the worst experience and didn't go back until 2 months ago and after going in I was treated better and more professional however I had a cavity filled and they cracked my tooth to the root drilling and burning my lip with the drill. Was in extensive pain and went back the next day and they told me it'll take a few weeks for the pain to go away. Went back 3 more times and was told sorry for the pain but it'll go away an time but it just kept getting worse so I went to another dentist in a farther away town and they told me I needed to pull it or have a root canal done and so after looking they decided it was better to pull my tooth because the first dentist broke it. BROKE MY TOOTH and now I have a tooth missing because these people broke my damn tooth. I suffered 2 month in pain severe pain because they couldn't do a simple filling. I am so upset and will never return or refer anyone to this quack of a dental company. And I'm going to speak with an attorney to sue these people for malpractices

I find it disturbing that this "dentist" office continues to operate in such an unethical manner. Irregardless of the actual services provided office staff has never really been welcoming. As a small business owner I was disappointed in how far removed Rasmussen is from the day to day. My recent experience however, is what prompted me to review them. Understand they are very aware of the fact that they are the only office accepting Medicaid patients at this time. It gives Rasmussen carte blanch to dismiss patient's at will. KNOWING full well there is NO OTHER OPTION IN OUR AREA. I am so disappointed in Idaho Dept of Health and Welfare. What this office is doing is dangerously close to extortion. I mentioned to the front desk that I found their response to a patient in crisis unwarranted and shameful. (The patient was struggling to get her Medicaid card from her wallet. She was elderly and could not hear well). Later in the week I called to make my next appointment. Out of nowhere I have a no-call no-show and been dismissed as a patient. There was nothing I could say or do to resolve the issue. Nor were they concerned that we were only partially through the treatment plan THEY DESIGNED. This is NOT "healthcare," it is NO CARE
