Very happy with my first visit. Dr. Buzz and all his staff were so pleasant and professional. I even learned a few things! Everyone was very helpful and made changing dentists easy. I'm actually looking forward to my dental visits again.

Excellent staff! Receptionist is phenomenal, Drs are very warm, and Tish is a master of her craft! I was terrified about a notorious procedure and she made it so comfortable. Highly recommend, they take great care of their patients.

UNACCEPTABLE and INSULTING experience. I have been a loyal patient here for 4 years, but the way I was treated on the phone today (Feb 11, 2026) was shocking. I called simply to pay a bill, and the receptionist made it a nightmare. First, she feigned ignorance and pretended she "couldn't understand" my English when I read my credit card numbers. I have lived in the US for 15 years and successfully paid bills for my children at two other offices this morning with ZERO issues. Then, the absurdity peaked. She refused to acknowledge my account, claiming she "only knew my preferred name" and acted like my LEGAL NAME was a foreign concept to her. This is absolute gaslighting. Every single bill and insurance claim you have processed for me over the last 4 years has been under my legal name. (See the attached photo of my 2022 insurance claims with The Lovan Dentist). To pretend you don't recognize a 4-year client's legal name on the very bill you mailed to me is incompetent at best and malicious at worst. My 8-year-old child (a native speaker) was sitting right next to me and understood every word I said. Why is your staff playing these games? It shouldn't be this hard to give you money. Do better.

This is a review of Dr. Buzolich & Staff: **ONBOARDING** I appreciated that all the forms were available via an online link, allowing me to fill them out easily from my home computer, rather than having to handwrite on paper forms like many organizations still require. **NOTIFICATIONS** Upon setting up an appointment, I received an immediate confirmation via email or text. I could then tap the link to add the appointment directly to my Google Calendar, which is very convenient. Additionally, I received reminders via email or text a few days before the appointment and then again the day before. It’s an excellent system. **BITE WINGS** Instead of the traditional film holder I’m accustomed to, they used a small sensor connected to the computer. Each X-ray took only a few seconds, and the image appeared on the computer screen immediately. The technician could quickly determine if another view was necessary. It was fast, easy, and impressive. **PHOTOGRAPHS** I don't recall having photographs taken of my teeth in past visits, but it makes sense. After the bitewings, the oral hygienist would usually examine my mouth and verbally share notes with the doctor. In this case, she used a tiny camera that resembled a writing pen, which was also connected to the computer. The camera took high-resolution photographs of the tooth surface of interest with the press of a button. When the doctor arrived, they spent considerable time reviewing the X-rays and photographs. Impressively, the photographs were enhanced using AI to highlight potential cavities and areas needing work. This overlay could be toggled on and off as needed. **TIME WITH THE DOCTOR** By the time the doctor examined my mouth, he already had a comprehensive understanding of what to expect from the X-rays, photographs, and AI overlays. This allowed the doctor to be much more efficient than if they were just relying on the oral hygienist's written notes. **FLUORIDE** I’m used to fluoride foam in a Styrofoam carrier that I need to hold in my mouth for several minutes, often struggling with a gag reflex. In this case, the fluoride solution was painted directly onto each tooth, which is reportedly up to twice as effective at reducing cavities as the foam method. That was impressive. **CROWNS** I haven't had one of these yet but I'm scheduled for one in a couple of weeks: The entire process takes a maximum of 2.5 hours, with only a portion spent in the dental chair, so they recommend bringing a book or laptop to occupy your time. According to the oral hygienist, this method simplifies the procedure and is also less expensive [than the legacy crown process]. The result is a more aesthetically pleasing crown. Instead of sending a rubber mold to a third-party manufacturer, they conduct a 3D scan of the tooth while your are in the chair, enabling in-house 3D production of the crown. This innovative technology eliminates the need to send a rubber mold off-site, as well as the discomfort of having a temporary crown, which caused me significant discomfort during my last crown. Plus, you leave with the final crown on the same day, eliminating the need for a follow-up visit. Truly amazing! **TAKEAWAY** I'm quite impressed with their commitment to staying current with dental processes and procedures, as well as their communication practices.

The wait time was very short. My experience was excellent. I was very well informed of what was being done and what was needed for my next appointment. Very non stressful.
