Oelbaum & Kagan Dentistry, formerly known as Dr. Victor Oelbaum & Associates, is a multispecialty dental practice located on Eastchester Road in the Bronx, serving patients throughout Bronx and New York City. Meet the Doctors

Oelbaum & Kagan Dentistry is home to a full team of five doctors. Dr. Victor Oelbaum, DDS, is a cosmetic dentist and a graduate of the University of Maryland. He has been practicing dentistry for 38 years and is a member of the American Dental Association, the Bronx County Dental Society, and the New York State Dental Association. Dr. Victor Kagan, DDS, is an implant dentist and a graduate of Columbia University College of Dental Medicine. He completed a General Practice Residency at North Shore University Hospital and Long Island Jewish Medical Center, followed by two additional years in a Chief Residency and Implant Fellowship, where he trained in advanced prosthodontics, implant surgery, and prosthetics. The practice also includes Dr. Nikhil Narkhede, the team's orthodontist, Dr. Michael Plaut, the team's periodontist, and Dr. Kent Strickman, the team's endodontist, so patients can receive general, cosmetic, gum, root canal, and orthodontic care all in one office.
