This office is completely unacceptable. While I never had an issue with the actual doctors, the staff and hygienist are extremely unprofessional and disorganized.
If English is not your primary language, that is not the issue — the problem is failing to properly communicate with patients in English about their own dental treatment. Instead of clearly explaining what was happening with my care, staff members spoke in Spanish without ensuring I understood what was going on. That is disrespectful and unprofessional.
When I requested my X-rays to send to another doctor, it took days to receive them. Recently, I asked for a receipt from my last visit, and two days later I still have nothing. The lack of urgency and basic customer service is unacceptable.
I had fillings done months ago and continued to experience sensitivity afterward, which raises concerns about the quality of care I received.
This office causes more stress than reassurance. The polished image they present on social media is misleading and does not reflect the reality of how patients are treated.
I would never recommend this place to anyone, and I will absolutely not be returning.

I’ve had a great experience with this dental office. I’m currently doing Invisalign treatment and also getting an implant, and the entire process has been smooth so far. The doctor is very kind, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain everything, which makes me feel comfortable and confident in the treatment plan. The staff is also extremely friendly and welcoming every time I come in. Overall, it’s a very professional and caring office, and I’m really happy I chose them for my dental care.

This has been my first, and hopefully will be my dentist office. The staff and ladies here have treated me with kindness I haven’t experienced before with a vulnerable space of mine.
I felt welcomed, loved on and cared for with gentleness and care.
I don’t find myself leaving for any reason ! Definitely come and experience top tier care with Dr.Z !!!

I had a wonderful experience at this dental clinic. The service was truly exceptional — every detail was handled with care and professionalism. What stood out the most was their personalized attention and the warm, gentle way they treat children. It’s clear they genuinely care about their patients.
