I received exceptional service from Drs. Fried & Popper Oral Surgery Center. Dr. Matthew Popper was my surgeon.
From the front door to the exit ( near recovery), I was greeted by professional staff who really cared about me. Thank you for making this appointment as comfortable as possible. I may have lost a tooth, but the warm bedside manner and attention to detail, made me feel so good. Or was it the laughing 馃槂 gas. Lol, either way, hats off to you and your fine team. I got my smile back.
Your facility should be the gold standard.

We had a great experience. My daughter had a planned wisdom teeth removal several weeks out but started having complications while away at college. They worked to get her in right away, which was very much appreciated. Dr. Popper and the entire staff were wonderful, the procedure went very well and they walked us through the entire recovery process. It was unexpected but great to hear from Dr. Popper at the end of the procedure day to see how she was doing. 5 stars!!

I was super nervous going in to have 2 teeth extractions, from not knowing anyone there and not sure what to expect. I was greated by a lady with purple in her hair and she was smiling from ear to ear and was very welcoming and so kind. From there to the X-ray and the exam room I felt at ease. The assistant that worked along side Dr. Fried was a sweetheart and Dr. Fried was phenomenal. I didn't even know they were done extracting till he told me and it took about 12 minutes. I was in aw. Then I was move to recovery room and the last lady I spoke with was such a sweet heart. I can't say how a scary experience in my head turned out to be such a good outcome. The office was so clean and laid out very well. The after care instructions are very thorough as well. I wish this office was my actual dentist for routine visits. Wish I had names to give then the deserved shout out! Also wish I could give 10 stars and not 5! 10/10 Experience

I am from out of town visiting my daughter in Cleveland Heights and unfortunately cracked my tooth. I was referred to Dr. Popper by Dr. Thomas Kimberly. I was able to get in quickly to have my broken tooth extracted.
Dr. Popper and his staff were incredible. They were so kind and caring. I was a nervous wreck because I have had so many bad experiences with dental care at home in Massachusetts. He recognized my fear and anxiety and helped me with it. Dr. Popper explained everything to me and the procedure was quick and painless. He also did a bone graft so I can start my implant process when I return home. Dr. Popper is a top notch dental surgeon. He even called me later in the day to check in on me showing great care and concern for his patients. I highly recommend this practice!

Over the past 10 years, Dr. Fried has completed wisdom teeth removal for all four of my now adult children. For my oldest, he completed double jaw surgery for her in 2016. Most recently, Dr. Fried partnered with Dr. Clark White (also a fantastic Dr!) to complete multiple fillings and wisdom teeth removal for my 22 year-old son who has cerebral palsy. He鈥檚 an obvious choice for my family for any oral surgery needs. His staff is also wonderful and I am grateful to all of them!
