Hands down one of the best dental experiences I've ever had! They were able to fit me in with really short notice to take care of a broken crown. Fran and Marsha took care of me at the front desk with professionalism and a warm disposition. Jaycee did my xrays, cleaned my teeth and was so much fun to speak with. Dr Patel and Patricia did the temporary crown work until I go back in a few weeks for the permanent crown. Dr Patel was so nice and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The entire team was just awesome! You can tell they really love what they do! You just don't see this type of customer service anymore. I highly recommend Dual Arc Dental for all your dental needs.

Dr. Patel, Patricia and Jasmine were all amazing! I came in for an extraction and was super nervous as I’m usually sedated for any type of dental work but this time I wasn’t. Everyone was super patient and understanding. Dr. Patel asked me several times throughout my procedure if I was okay which made feel safe and very cared for. All around great team! Super friendly and very supportive! 10/10 would recommend to everyone.

I’ve been having a horrible toothache and they were able to see me the following day from when I requested an appointment which I’m very happy with. I walked in there and everyone was extremely nice and helpful. I had a little emergency and they gave me the few minutes I needed to get home and verify everything was okay without rescheduling me. I made it back and Dr Patel diagnosed and gave me a plan to take care of everything I need to get done. If I didn’t have this horrible tooth and headache I would have remembered the names of everyone that assisted me to thank them. Everyone was beyond helpful and I’ll definitely be coming back

I’ve been coming to dual arc dental for a few years & have been happy with the staff. The front desk ladies are so sweet & kind. And Ashely is the one who cleans my teeth. She is the best. She explains everything so well & went over my X-rays with me. I don’t know another office who’s been so attentive & caring. I highly recommend Dual Arc to everyone.

From the moment I walked into Dual arc dental, I was greeted with a warm and friendly smile, which instantly put me at ease. The front desk staff was incredibly welcoming, and I barely had to wait before I was called in for my appointment.
Doctors are truly exceptional! They took the time to explain every procedure in detail, made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit, and even offered helpful tips for maintaining optimal dental health. It’s clear that the office genuinely cares about their patients and isn’t just focused on the bottom line. I really appreciated how they took the time to listen to my concerns and answered all my questions with patience and expertise.
The dental hygienist, was just as amazing. My cleaning was thorough yet gentle, and I felt no discomfort whatsoever—something I’ve rarely experienced at other offices. I also love that they use state-of-the-art equipment and maintain the highest standards of hygiene, which made me feel confident about my visit.
It’s not your typical sterile, impersonal environment. The office is bright, clean, and modern, with little touches that made the experience feel more like a spa visit than a dental appointment. The team genuinely seems to care about creating a positive, stress-free experience for their patients.
I’ve been to several dental offices in the past, but this one has completely won me over. I can’t recommend Dual arc dental enough. Whether you’re due for a routine cleaning or need more complex work done, this is the place to go. I’m already looking forward to my next appointment!
