I am new to this office and am very impressed with everyone in the office . . . their friendliness, professionalism, and willingness to try to accommodate your schedule. I just had my first cleaning and liked the way my hygienist explained what she was doing. She answered all of my questions and went over the ending results, plus offered some recommendations. Friends had positive things to say about this office and the hygienist.

Dunn and Platts dental has been my home dentist for over 2 years now, ive had multiple cleanings and other visits and I have nothing but good things to say. Amber especially is an amazing person/hygienist that I would like to highlight, she goes above and beyond to make sure her patients are comfortable and she does an amazing job of not prodding or picking at your gums and is very nice to talk to, in this last visit she recomended me a new electric toothbrush and even that has been life changing. huge thank you to Amber and everyone at this location for being a great dental office that doesnt feel like a chore or worry to go. Id give it more stars if i could

They were warm and caring, accommodating my sudden problem with a loose crown by scheduling to see me w/in 24 hours. Rebecca was friendly and helpful as we navigated x-rays and discussed the details of the options Dr Platt patiently explained to me. Dr Platt was sympathetic and collaborative, and made sure I understood the various solutions available to my current dental dilemma.

I wanted to take a moment to express my concerns regarding a recent experience at your practice.
My family and I have been visiting your office for about two years now, and we have always appreciated the care from both the Doctor and the hygienist. However, I regret to inform you that due to the handling of a missed appointment by the office manager, we will not be returning.
Recently, my two kids had their 6-month recall appointments scheduled, which unfortunately slipped my mind. Typically, I receive text message reminders, but this time I did not. While I appreciated the message left the day before, I didn’t see it until the morning of the appointment. I called immediately upon realizing our oversight, apologized, and rescheduled, emphasizing that we have always attended our appointments on time.
To my surprise, I received a bill for a $100 missed appointment shortly thereafter. I was not informed about this fee during my rescheduling call, and when I attempted to discuss it with the office, I felt reprimanded by the office manager, which I found to be quite unprofessional.
I understand the need for policies regarding missed appointments, but I believe that charging me for this situation, given my prior commitment and record, is excessive. I have expressed my decision to no longer continue with your practice due to this experience and I will not be paying the $100 fee.
I hope you appreciate the potential loss of business arising from this experience, not just for myself but for my entire family.
