The entire staff is kind friendly and well trained. I was particularly impressed with how up to date and cutting edge the equipment was. I had a root canal which though a longish process was painless and Dr Belt was constantly checking on me to make sure I was ok. Really a very good experience considering.

A wonderful experience! I called ahead because I was having insurance issues and the lady I talked to called around bouncing back and forth with my insurance to make sure everything worked out. I really appreciated the effort! My teeth cleaning went great! The staff was super nice and helpful answering all of my questions!

Everyone is the office is amazing. Friendly and caring. I have been seeing Dr Brad Belt for a while now, and would not go anywhere else. Thank you all for the all the wonderful experiences I have had in the office.

I have been a patient at Durango Dental since 2016. Every appointment and every service has always been handled with complete courtesy and professionalism. Never rushed, never just a number. Dr Belt and his staff are outstanding in their field.

I’ve been going to this dental office for over a year. I feel bad writing this because they really are kind people, but the care feels like a textbook example of the worst parts of western medicine; It’s a sleek, modern office where the care feels hollow and transactional. You’re very much a number and it’s palpable. If you try to ask questions about your teeth / seek guidance, it feels like you’re taking up too much time. Even if you’re consciously being succinct. He will check his watch while you speak lol. The energy is very much, “You’re fine, next.” I’m 33 and he even told me I’d have to cap all my back teeth to fix my bite, which every dentist I’ve talked to since that was shocked to hear and said is literally an insane take for perfectly healthy teeth. I assumed at first it was just a busy day, but it’s been the same every visit. When you only see your dentist twice a year, it doesn’t feel unreasonable to expect a little attentiveness. The team is lovely, but if you want care that feels engaged and not rushed, this isn’t the right fit. Healthcare shouldn’t feel like a conveyor belt. Patients have plenty of choices for care. When the experience lacks depth or intentionality, it’s worth calling out. Update: if you’re seeking a dentist consider animas dental with Doctor Ron! Him and his staff blow everyone else out of the water. They’re super kind, patient, humble, and you get a separate 30 minute appointment with the dentist where they genuinely listen and care. Highly, highly recommended.
