I highly recommend Durham Prosthodontics for anyone seeking top-quality dental care. They truly provide exceptional service using state-of-the-art equipment, and it shows in every aspect of their work. From the moment you walk in, the entire staff—from reception to the clinical team—are warm, friendly, and always smiling. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and genuinely treat you like family. The clinical staff immediately puts you at ease once you’re in the chair. You can tell they truly care about their patients and take pride in what they do. Dr. Cunningham and Dr. Gazdeck provide EXCEPTIONAL care. They take the time to listen, thoroughly explain treatment options, and never make you feel rushed. Their attention to detail is unmatched—they don’t stop until everything is absolutely perfect. You can leave knowing you’ve received the highest level of care possible.

Dr. Kyle Gazdek is exceptional. He is professional, diligent, and caring. His staff is exemplary with the same high standards. I loved being offered several options for my care. From his welcoming desk staff to all his assistants, I received excellent care! Thank you Durham Prosthodontics.

I’ve had the privilege of knowing Dr. Gazdeck both professionally and personally, and I can say without hesitation he is one of the most skilled and dedicated dentists you could choose for your care. He completed advanced specialty training in prosthodontics, which means he has extensive expertise in complex restorative work like crowns, implants, and full-mouth rehabilitation. Beyond his credentials, what truly sets him apart is his precision, attention to detail, and commitment to doing things the right way, not the rushed way. Just as important, he has a calm, kind demeanor that immediately puts patients at ease. He takes time to listen, explain options clearly, and ensure you feel comfortable and confident in your treatment. Most of all, he's a genuinely good person: devoted to his family, involved in his community, and committed to teaching and mentoring the next generation of dentists at his alma mater, UNC. If you’re looking for someone you can trust with your smile, I honestly can’t recommend Dr. Gazdeck highly enough!

I am a dentist myself practicing locally and I know what good dentistry looks and feels like. When I needed some dental work for myself Durham Prosthodontics was a consensus recommendation from other docs I respect. Dr. Cunningham and Dr. Gazdeck have far exceeded my expectations. I'm SO impressed with their hand skills, their esthetic work, and their professionalism. You can trust these doctors with your dental needs. I would send my family here in a heartbeat. If I could give more stars, I would.

I came to Dr. Gazdeck as an anxious patient with a complex case. From start to finish, Dr. Gazdeck and Abbie made me feel truly cared for, reassuring me every step of the way. They got me — patiently answering all my questions and addressing every concern. I just received my permanent teeth, and I feel like a different person. It’s amazing to be able to eat and smile with confidence again! I’m so grateful for their skill, kindness, and compassion.
