I had a very disappointing experience with this dental office regarding a billing issue. My insurance was incorrectly coded as out-of-network, resulting in an improper balance. I contacted the office multiple times prior to my scheduled visit in an attempt to have the error corrected, but no action was taken.
At my appointment, I was informed that services would be refused unless I paid an incorrect amount owed, an amount that I do not owe under my insurance and that resulted solely from the office’s billing error. The dentist declined to speak with me directly regarding the matter and stated that he had no contact information for the billing company responsible for the coding/service address.
The lack of communication, accountability, and willingness to resolve a straightforward billing mistake was unacceptable. I would not recommend this practice.

Dr Dyer and his staff are fantastic. They took their time answering my questions and explained options for future possible procedures. Teeth cleaning was fantastic. Dr Dyer filled a small cavity and he was so gentle from numbing area to doing the filling. I highly recommend him and his staff.

I've been with Dr Dyer for years. You won't find a better dentist than him. Filling, teeth replacement, crowns and the best teeth cleaning hygienist around.

I've been going to Dr. Dyer for several years and everyone in the office is absolutely great! They've taken great care of my teeth and every time I go in it's a pleasant experience. Dr. Dyer takes time to talk with me and answer questions about issues I'm having with my teeth and gums. I would recommend Dyer Dental to anyone!

Dyer Family Dentistry is wonderful! Their friendly staff is caring and attentive. Even my 4 year old is son is at ease in the chair. Dr. Dyer takes the time to explain anything out of the ordinary during the check-up, and the front office staff always greets everyone with a smile! I've recommended Dyer Family Dentistry to all of my friends and family, and have never heard a bad comment from those who went to see him.
