I had a very frustrating experience with Dr. Zingle Norman’s office. I was sent an $800 bill for a procedure that my Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance covered almost entirely. On the day of my visit, I paid $200 on the spot, even though my out-of-pocket cost should have been only $45.
I contacted Blue Cross multiple times, and they confirmed that this billing and demand for payment was not correct. I also repeatedly called the dentist’s office to resolve the issue, but the staff avoided helping me. The last time I spoke with the office, I was promised a follow-up that never happened.
Ultimately, I paid $150 more than I should have, and the office has ignored all attempts to resolve the situation. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I cannot recommend this office due to misleading billing practices and lack of customer support.

Dr Dzingle and staff have been fantastic to deal with. We have been patients for over 20 years and would not even consider changing...even after moving away from Mt Pleasant and enduring a 2 hour drive each way to been seen by him. His extensive knowledge base and desire to never stop learning makes for the best service. We are thankful to Dr Norman Dzingle and his staff to be there for all of our dental needs!

Dr. Norman Dzingle and his staff are amazing. I used to fear the dentist until I met this man, he did such an amazing job removing my wisdom teeth and doing my crown. I would recommend him to anyone, he is also great with my children. I wouldn't go to anyone else.

Dr. Dzingle is the best dentist I have ever gone to. I have known Dr. Dzingle for four years now and he and the staff treat me like family. I completely trust the professionalism of this office.
