I had the most wonderful experience here. I was hesitant and fearful of judgement for not keeping up with my dental care. I can tell you that everyone was kind, patient and gentle. Peyton and Dr. Riley took such good care of me. I am looking forward to my next appt. I am not just happy about my experience with the staff but my teeth look and feel terrific. I would recommend East Alabama Dental Group to everyone.

Dr Thompson is the best dentist i have ever had. He is patient and explains everything clearly. I am very glad he was recommended to me. His assistant Kylie is wonderful also

Dr. Thompson is hands down the best dentist! The entire staff is friendly, professional, and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. My daughter recently had dental work done and needed a crown, and Dr. Thompson does the best crowns. His work is amazing--my daughter's crown looks great, and she said it feels wonderful too. Dr. Thompson takes time to explain everything and genuinely cares about his patients. If you're looking for the best dentist with outstanding results and great patient care, I highly recommend Dr. Thompson!

Wonderful dental experience beginning with the friendly, efficient, kind and professional office staff. Continued with professionally executed x-rays taken by Meg who was very kind. Followed by a thorough exam and discussion by Dr. Riley who was professional and extremely nice. Ending with a return visit with the dental hygienist, Peyton, who was professional, thorough, friendly, and explained each procedure beforehand. I highly recommend East Alabama Dental Care.

I was recommended to this dentist office by a coworker and I am really thankful for the recommendation! The staff was very welcoming and friendly. I was also pleased with their thoroghlness when it came to them taking xrays, the doctor explaining what's going on with the teeth and gum, the proper treatments,and the cleaning process. I will recommend anyone who doesn't have a dentist to this office!!
