The staff were very thorough and nice. Using records from a procedure that occurred over 12 years ago, they were able to determine that there was no need for current treatment. A good visit all and all.

Clinical staff & provider: Great "bedside" manner and helping me feel comfortable.
Front desk: Excellent attitude and customer focus. When I called to ask about why I still have a balance and they investigated and found the error from their online bill-pay vendor.
Financial/admin recommendation: The billing site has a known issue of payments not transferring over (they should probably get that resolved). Just ask the office to check if you have balance not credited, they got things straightened out in one call.
Would be 5/5 if there was no billing issue to begin with.

Dr. Ferriol was amazing, didn't feel a thing. She knows her stuff, got the procedure done quick and right on the time she said she would be done. Her and her assistant were so polite and made you feel relaxed! The whole office was so polite and helpful, I would definitely recommend them!!

All staff is very nice- they ask if you’re alright many times through cleaning and told me how everything looked. The first thing I said to my husband was, “everyone is always so nice there.”
Very happy with them.
