If you're someone who normally dreads going to the dentist, East Quarter Dental will completely change your perspective.
Dr. Canales and the entire team have created an experience that is genuinely patient focused from start to finish. Everyone is welcoming, professional, attentive, and committed to making you feel comfortable. They somehow make a dental appointment something to look forward to rather than something to put off.
The office itself is stunning. Located in a beautifully restored historic building, it perfectly blends character with modern technology. The treatment rooms feature comfortable, modern dental chairs and state of the art equipment, giving you confidence that you're receiving the highest level of care.
What makes the experience even better is the location. East Quarter is one of the coolest areas of Dallas, and it's easy to grab a coffee, lunch, or even a drink nearby after your appointment.
Excellent care, incredible people, beautiful surroundings, and cutting edge technology. East Quarter Dental gets everything right. Dr. Canales and the team have set a new standard for what a dental practice should be. Highly recommended.

The team at East Quarter Dental is kind, knowledgeable and extremely thorough. Jasmine goes above and beyond — she even performed a neck exam on me after spotting a lump and flagged that I should get it check. It’s because of her that I was able to catch that I had thyroid cancer and receive treatment before it had spread to other parts of my body. Months later, I am healthy, cancer-free and still a happy patient of East Quarter Dental. Thank you x 1 million, Jasmine!!

Truly such a wonderful team! From the first call making an appointment to check out, it was seamless, knowledgeable, efficient, and the atmosphere was welcoming and light. The office manager is the sweetest and truly cares about her staff AND patients..and it shows! Thank you for all you do for your patients, EQD! Will be back!

Dr. Daniela is truly exceptional. From the moment she walked into the room, she made me feel calm, understood, and completely taken care of. Her professionalism is matched by her kindness, and you can immediately tell she genuinely cares about her patients.
What I appreciated the most is that she’s bilingual. Being able to communicate with her in Spanish made me feel incredibly comfortable and confident asking all my questions and expressing every concern. She explained everything with so much clarity, patience, and detail.
Her technique is gentle, her knowledge is impressive, and her overall energy is so reassuring. I left feeling fully informed, cared for, and grateful to have found a dentist who combines skill, empathy, and professionalism so beautifully.

Meet the Doctors
East Quarter Dental is home to two dentists, Dr. Daniela Canales, DDS, and Dr. William Jennings, DDS. Dr. Canales is a third-generation dentist and a graduate of the Texas A&M College of Dentistry. She founded East Quarter Dental to provide restorative and cosmetic dental care in downtown Dallas, and she is fluent in Spanish. Dr. Jennings graduated from West Texas State University and completed his dental training at Baylor College of Dentistry. He focuses on patient education and on making dental visits calm and comfortable, especially for anyone who feels nervous about dental care. Together, Dr. Canales, Dr. Jennings, and their team care for every member of the family from the practice's Commerce Street office.
