They took excellent care of my wife. From scheduling to the day of the appointment and the actual surgery. The office is clean and welcoming. Dr Yang even did the follow up call himself and spoke to her to make sure she was doing okay. Dr Yang, nurse Hailey and the whole team had excellent bedside manner.

I arrived for an 8:10 apt in Mt Pleasant for a root canal extraction that could not be performed without surgery and anesthesia due to cracked tooth and root into sinuses. Based on office staff interaction that morning they were running behind, some small talk that indicated someone hadn't completed their job duties, some mention of some girl not doing something, some signs of irritation.... not really what you want to be aware of before having a procedure. Very little efforts were made to offer comfort, such as reassurance you were in good hands and we are going to take care of you. I cracked a little joke because the tension in the room was thick and everyone was dry. Doctor mack, I assume, started the IV. I made him aware I was a tough stick with small veins and he said gruffly, keep your arm straight and tied my wrist to the arm rest, which i feel one should always ask permission to do first. He dug for a vein which I never appreciate and it felt strange and I questioned if he was certain it was going in a vein as I've had the liquid going until my arm before. He harshly said yes. Nurse grabs some gauze, says close your eyes, lay your head back and starts wrapping my eyes and head so I couldn't see. They started the procedure before I was fully sedated, but obviously I couldn't speak. I was also given Versed, so it took me a little while after I left to get my wits about me and recall this as this medication interferes with memory. Overall, I am very disappointed in the quality of care and interaction by staff. The least they could have done was make sure I was fully sedated before ever touching my mouth or wrapping my eyes, whichwas very strange in itself. Had oral surgery 2yrs ago and maybe they used an eye mask, I can't recall, but to completely wrap my head was unnerving. I felt everything, although I don't recall extreme pain, I felt the shots and all the pressure. I hope i was but in pain, but that's often why versed is used because it helps to erase the memory. So, do better! I suspect you all were running behind, but you shouldn't rush the process and put your patient in this situation because of your failures to have things in order.

Highly recommend this practice. I had a wisdom tooth pulled by Dr. Yang on Tuesday Feb. 17,2026. The office is efficient and the total appointment with tooth extraction took approx 1 hour. Dr. Yang did a great job of starting the iv to give me the sedation, extracting the tooth and he followed up with a phone call that evening. The practice also gives a 10% discount for paying with check or cash which is nice. I will be using this practice for other oral surgeries if needed. Thank you for being a wonderful place to have my procedure done.

I suffer from severe anxiety in general but also have serious dental anxiety. The staff as well as the dentist that performed my extraction surgery were all very professional, informative, & reassuring. I felt at home and the procedure was quick and straightforward. I was out within 2 hours & on to recovery. Thanks again for all of you being so helpful & nice !
