I had broken a tooth and needed a dentist. Eastern Dental in Vineland got me in right away. I had my first visit today, on Christmas Eve (haha) Everyone in the office was extremely friendly and helpful. I was in and out in just a little over an hour. They addressed all my concerns. I didn't get her name but the woman who took all my xrays was super friendly we were chatting and laughing like we were old friends, she really made me feel comfortable. The dentist was nice, he explained everything and addressed all my concerns. The hygienist was so nice and explained everything as she did it and did a great job cleaning my teeth. Everyone working in the office were so nice. The office was very nice, clean, spacious, and easy to find with plenty of parking in the back. So happy I found a dental office I feel comfortable going to!!!

Arrived 15 minutes before my appointment and 30 min after my appointment time, I was told there was still several ahead when I inquired. I was one of the first to arrive at 8:15am for an 8:30 appointment and left at 9am because I couldn't wait any longer (had to be at work at 9:30). Slightly frustrating since the office was not busy when I arrived. I understand things happen because I work in Healthcare, but that lack of concern was frustrating and I have to now change another day to make it work hoping that I do not run into this again. The staff is generally nice and they are great with my son, but perhaps scheduling could be done differently to avoid these frustrations and creat realistic expectations for patients.

I was really disappointed with my experience here as a new patient. I arrived on time for my appointment and ended up waiting over an hour to be seen. What made this especially frustrating is that the office has a strict cancellation policy for patients, yet there was no courtesy or explanation for such a long delay on their end. The front receptionist was not professional at all. She told the staff all the patients were gone before ending her shift even turning off the office lights when her silly bird self knew I was still in the back.

Their new mandatory online or tablet registration format is absolutely terrible! Tiny enormous amount of tiny dots you have to push regarding health history 4 pages crammed with questions and entries of personal data is definitely "overkill"! Who can remember all the crap they ask for? Front desk said do it or we can't see you. No alternative paperwork is offered. Seems like what's easier for them and difficult for customers is there policy. Sign says you have to redo it for every appointment! They need to improve the front desk registration process. However, the dental hygienist, X-ray staff and doctor are top notch wonderful.

Jill was great. She made it very comfortable for me. Pain free. Excellent job. This last visit with Jill, the conversation was light hearted and filled with laughter, it helped me take my mind off of being in a dentist office and what pain if any I'd be encountering. My experiences with Jill each time has made me feel at ease. Thank you so much Jill for being you and making me feel comfortable and assuring and a job well done again.
