Best dentistry that’s local. Curtis and staff are always a pleasure to see. Very kind establishment as well as accommodating to what you want and what needs to get done. ✔️ They will go above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable. My family has been with them for years now we don’t plan on changing that anytime soon! I highly recommend.

I had an appointment for 8:00am and was there on time. A lady came to get me, she got me all set up and said the hygienist would be in a few. Well 30 minutes later she finally showed up, turned out she was the only one there, no one told me anything. My 1/2 hour appointment took 1 hr. I don’t know how hard it was just to of told me. Plus the dentist wasn’t even there, she said he would look over the X-rays and get back to me. It just was upsetting.

Everyone is friendly and kind. Not only for just my appointment but I seen the same thing when I was there with my son for his appointment. Kind and caring staff doing everything in their power to make it a pleasant experience for children..

My experience with E.O.D.G. was great! I found all the staff that I had met to be very kind and professional taking care of all my needs. I felt very comfortable and look forward to my next visit....I know, I'm talking about going to the dentist! No fear😁

Eastern Oregon Dental Group is a general dental practice at 1831 1st Street, Suite A in Baker City, Oregon, with roots in the community going back decades. The practice began as a small private office and has grown into what it describes as a cornerstone of dental care in Eastern Oregon, guided by the belief that everyone deserves access to quality dental care. Because of its rural setting, the office aims to handle nearly all dental needs in house, referring patients out only when specialized care is absolutely necessary. Services include cleanings, deep cleanings for gum disease, tooth colored fillings, custom crowns, root canals, extractions, and emergency exams for urgent problems such as a severe toothache or broken tooth.
For patients who feel anxious about dental visits, the practice offers nitrous oxide (laughing gas) and oral sedation. The office uses panoramic x-rays for diagnosis and treatment planning, and CEREC digital scanning in place of traditional impressions for crown work, with a temporary crown placed the same day while the permanent crown is made at the lab. Treatment rooms have TVs, and the office is currently accepting new patients. Hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with select Fridays open. Beyond the clinic, the team sponsors local organizations such as the Baker County YMCA and the Baker County Fair and donates dental supplies to Baker 5J schools each year during Dental Health Month.
Eastern Oregon Dental Group is led by Dr. Curtis Peters, DMD, who has been with the practice for 12 years and is known for his work ethic, extensive knowledge, and calm personality. In 2016 he obtained his license for oral sedation, allowing him to offer more comfortable treatment options for anxious patients. He is supported by a team that includes office manager Jennifer Chahal, an Expanded Function Dental Assistant with 18 years at the practice, and dental hygienist Megan Runyon.
