I had an outstanding experience at Eastside Perio with Dr. Vikram Likhari for my dental implant procedure. From the very first consultation to the final placement, Dr. Likhari was incredibly professional, patient, and thorough in explaining every step of the process — which made me feel completely at ease.
The procedure itself was smooth and far less intimidating than I had imagined. Dr. Likhari’s precision and gentle approach, combined with the warm and attentive staff, made each visit comfortable and stress-free. The clinic is modern, well-organized, and clearly focused on patient care and safety.
Most importantly, the final result looks and feels completely natural. I’m truly grateful for the expertise and care I received and would highly recommend Eastside Perio and Dr. Likhari to anyone considering dental implants or periodontal treatment. A genuine 5-star experience!

By far the very best implant specialist! I have had several implants done by Dr Likhari and he does outstanding work. The office takes great care of you during and after your procedure. They give you a whole pain management plan and he personally calls you the day after your procedure to check in on you. I never had any pain or issues. The procedure is always quick and straightforward. You can tell he has a tremendous amount of experience. Their billing specialist works with you and your insurance to ensure you are covered and comfortable with the out of pocket cost obligations, offering various payment options. Over all, they are a great place to trust for care of your dental needs.

I had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Likhari for a gum graft procedure, and I truly cannot say enough good things about my experience. From start to finish, he was exceptionally professional, skilled, and attentive. He took time to explain clearly, which helped me feel comfortable and confident going into the procedure.
What stood out most was his level of care and precision, he made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. His calm demeanor and attention to detail really set him apart. The results have been excellent l, and my recovery has gone far better than I expected. He also called to check in on me after the procedure. The level of follow-up and care really speaks to the kind of provider he is.
I am especially grateful for being referred to him, it is clear why he is so highly regarded. I would absolutely trust Dr. Likhari again and highly recommend him to anyone needing periodontal care.

I was referred to Dr. Vikram Likhari (BDS, MS, Periodontics) by my general dentist for a dental implant, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care I received. Unfortunately, I was a challenging case due to slow bone growth. There were moments when I felt discouraged and considered giving up — but Dr. Likhari never did. He remained patient, persistent, and committed, adjusting his approach as needed until the implant placement was successful.
His dedication and expertise truly set him apart. The entire team, both front and back office staff, are attentive, organized, and incredibly helpful. Appointments were easy to schedule and available quickly, which I really appreciated.
Dr. Likhari personally calls his patients the day after surgery to check on their recovery — a level of care that is rare and speaks volumes about his commitment to his patients. Every procedure and cost was explained thoroughly, including clear information about insurance coverage, so there were no surprises.
If you’re looking for a skilled, compassionate periodontist who truly cares about his patients, I highly recommend Dr. Likhari.

Skilled and classy dentist. Nice and intelligent staff, both clinical and admin. They all seem well trained and know their stuff. Lovely immaculate office with babbling brook view and sound. Obviously Dr Likhari is not just a darn good dentist, he is a smart real estate investor as well. I enjoy receiving great service and being around smart people. It brings good energy and inspires me to strive for perfection. The only thing missing in this practice is CBCT 3D Xray which would abolish all that biting on the individual hard and angular film frames. Oh well, nevertheless, Alhamdullillah. Blessings all around.

Meet the Doctors
Dr. Vikram Likhari, BDS, MS, is the practice's periodontist. He earned a Master of Science degree and a Certificate in Periodontics from Tufts University in Boston, where he was selected as Chief Resident in his final year, and he held a Visiting Scientist position at the Forsyth Institute, where he conducted published research on salivary cytokines. Dr. Likhari is a Diplomate of the American Academy of Periodontology, is board certified in periodontics, and serves as Affiliate Associate Professor at the University of Washington Department of Periodontics. His particular interests are periodontal plastic surgery and esthetic implant surgery.
