Cancelled an appointment 2 days in advance was told that if I were to reschedule I will be charged half of the service of the appointment that I was cancelling , mind you we are self pay do not have a balance and always pay day of our service !! Unbelievable!

I have lost track of how many years I’ve been going to Eau Claire Family Dental. I am so pleased with my care. Everyone is so friendly. Dr. Doering puts you at ease if you need any work done. My hygienist, Kim, is very kind and gentle. They care and they listen to concerns.

The people at Eau Claire Family are just amazing. After having not been to a dentist in a very long time I was very nervous to start going again but all of the hygienists and Dr. Altendorf were a total pleasure to work with. I've been back three times in less than 2 months and never have I had a less than stellar experience with anyone there. Shout out to Danica specifically, I had to go through a relatively painful minor procedure and she was so unbelievably friendly, kind, and attentive to my stress levels and pain. So long as I live in the area I will definitely continue to come here for any dental needs I have.

I would not suggest Eau Claire family dental. I was given a notice that my daughter’s apt was canceled 12 hrs before her apt. that we waited 3 months to get. Apparently my wife had a small bill that I was not aware of, with out giving me an opportunity to pay it, they just canceled every future appointment for every family member. Even those who are not even on our insurance. I was not happy with the dentist either. Refused to pull a tooth that was loose in my daughters mouth for 6 months. His failure to pull the tooth caused the new one to grow crooked, and now she may need braces. Also not the friendliest person staff was always nice though.
