The staff were able to get us in quickly when we urgently needed it. The assistants were wonderful, especially Lisa. Dr. Segal is kind and caring. We know we have an unusually difficult patient, and yet Dr. Segal is the one doctor that seems to be able to get through to him. We can’t recommend this practice enough!

This is an excellent office, and I have had a very positive experience so far! Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. During my first consultation, they started with a presentation and education. I learned about contributing factors to my oral health that I never even realized were connected. I am an anxious patient, and Dr. Segal made sure I was comfortable throughout my treatment. Even after the appointment, I received messages from them directly checking on me. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a top notch specialist!

I am happy for all the intensive care given to my teeth. I am happy with the results. It will be good for an extended period. The Oral B toothbrush was also unexpectedly quite good. With AI it brushes exactly as desired. Thank you.

Without an estimate, I fully trusted them and I had a deep cleaning done and was told I would be fully reimbursed by my insurance. For six months I went back and forth with the office and the insurance company. I was never reimbursed and was told by the office that this was better than losing my teeth... The dentist recommended surgery during the deep cleaning procedure, so I followed up with them asking for an estimate first, as instructed by the insurance company. I never received one. Eventually I found out he was out of network. I wish they were upfront with the cost of their services.

It was my first visit with Dr. Edward Segal and his team. The office is well organized, cheerful front desk, knowledgeable assistant (I met Lisa, she is great), and most important attentive and knowledgeable Doctor Segal. The atmosphere is homey with books and family pictures, even team pictures are in the cute frames on the shelf. Apparently, Dr Segal has been not only a great doctor, but a good manager as well. Personnel seems happy and everyone cheerful and attentive. Doctor Segal spent a good chunk explaining my options, making an evaluation, and discussing further plans and options. No pressure, here is your information, and it’s patient’s choice to go one way or another. I’ll refer this office to my husband. The office is absolutely clean and well equipped. Sequel - 2026 OMG, I forgot to submit that post from November 2025. So, I have a few updates: everything continues to be exceptional. My husband had two visits in March-April 2026 with Dr Segal. He is pleased and happy with this marvelous periodontist. I had my second cleaning with Jill on May 4th. She is cheerful, attentive, caring and highly professional. And when I saw my regular doctor three months after having my first meeting with hygienist Jill, Michael exclaimed: “there is no much plaque, you are taking good care of your teeth.” I do, but Jill is responsible for the great result as well: she taught me how to properly floss. 🤷🏻♀️🫶🏻🌹☀️. It’s amazing what the professionalism multiplied by kindness brings to others: the occupation associated with pain carries healing and good vibes. Bravo, Doctor Segal and the whole team.
