I’ve been a patient of Dr. Darancou for over six years, and I cannot recommend him and his team highly enough. When I was living in El Paso, I originally found the office because I was looking for a dentist I could truly trust with both routine care and more complex dental work. From my very first visit, I was impressed by the professionalism, the technology they use, and how much time Dr. Darancou takes to explain everything clearly.
What really sets this office apart is the level of care and attention you receive. Dr. Darancou doesn’t rush through appointments. He takes the time to walk you through what he sees, explain your options, and outline a long-term plan so you understand exactly what’s happening with your dental health. That level of transparency and patient education is rare and something I truly appreciate.
Another great aspect of the office is that the staff speaks both English and Spanish, which makes the environment welcoming and accessible for a wide range of patients.
Even after moving to California two years ago, I still prefer to come back to El Paso for my dental cleanings and treatments because I trust the quality of care here that much. That says a lot about how confident I am in Dr. Darancou and his team.
The office also uses modern technology and equipment, which makes procedures efficient and comfortable. Everything feels very up-to-date and professional.
If you’re looking for a dentist who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, patient, and genuinely invested in your long-term dental health, I highly recommend Dr. Darancou and his staff. They consistently provide excellent care, and I’m grateful to have found a dental office I can rely on year after year.

Great patient care, with friendly, knowledgeable staff. Dr. Darancou takes his time with you and ensures you fully understand what your next steps will be moving forward with your plan of care. If you dislike going to the dentist, this place will eaase your mind and make you feel comfortable again.

I highly recommend El Paso Modern Dentistry! The entire team creates such a welcoming and comfortable environment from the moment you walk in. From the friendly front desk staff to the insurance verifier who helps make the process smooth and stress-free, everyone is professional and helpful.
Dr. Darancou is not only great at explaining everything clearly and thoroughly, but he is also truly excellent at what he does. He makes you feel confident and well cared for every step of the way.
April, the dental hygienist, is incredibly friendly and does a wonderful job explaining each step of the process. If you’re looking for a dental office that is skilled, organized, and genuinely caring from start to finish, this is definitely the place to go!

The doctor and staff were all very friendly and welcoming. They took their time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. I really appreciated how patient and professional everyone was. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I would definitely recommend this office.

I've been to El Paso Modern Dentistry for over 5 years, and the staff has been incredible every single visit! April, in particular, has been my dental hygienist since the beginning, and she is a delight and so awesome to talk to! Highly recommend anyone needing a teeth cleaning get with her. Dr. Darancou has always been great with me and really values his patients, including myself. If anyone needs dental services done on them, Modern Dentistry is your go-to spot! 👍
