I had to get through about 30 minutes of "paperwork" on my phone, just for the disclosure to tell me they will TRY to charge my insurance AFTER the appointment. When I told the receptionist that my insurance doesnt cover outpatient services, he proceeded to tell me "no, no, no its ok" also, the website said "accepts all insurances" that's a bold face lie.

I hate to leave a negative review, but my hope is that someone will avoid this experience. I called to schedule an appointment because my tooth cracked. I was told that they can help me with that. My appointment was at 10:45am. I got there at 10:40. I then waited one hour to be seen. After being examined, the dentist told me they only do implants and bridges. This was extremely frustrating. They were all very nice there, but I wouldn’t recommend to a friend.

The dentist is a busy man, still made me feel heard tho!! All the staff were caring to my needs!! made sure to be gentle in my mouth so I didn't have any added pain!! I would recommend this place!!

Elegant Dentistry is the best dental clinic I have ever visited in my adult life. My teeth were in terrible shape from years of poverty and inadequate insurance for dental care. The team at Elegant Dentistry were kind, non-judgemental, and matter of fact about my treatment plan. All of my care was top tier and compassionate. I cannot recommend this clinic strongly enough!
