I went to the dentist today to have a chipped tooth repaired, and I had an excellent experience. The entire staff was amazing—everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and professional. They took the time to explain everything they were doing and even offered information about their insurance plans if I ever needed them. The dentist who repaired my tooth was wonderful. He clearly explained the procedure before getting started, which made me feel very comfortable and at ease throughout the entire visit. I truly appreciated the care, professionalism, and attention to detail. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone looking for a friendly, knowledgeable, and caring team. Thank you for making my visit such a positive experience!

Best dental service in the area! Starting with Nuvia. She was so careful taking my X-rays. I have a gag reflex and her skill set is exceptional. My hygienist, Marci, is very thorough and gave me good information on taking care of the teeth that need special attention. My teeth fell so clean. Dr. Lieng is very knowledgeable and personable. If you need a dentist in the Conroe area, Element Dental is the place to go.

I can't say enough great things about Element Dental in Conroe, Texas! From the moment I walked through the door, I was treated with kindness and compassion. The ladies at the front desk were so welcoming, patient, and understanding, which immediately helped ease my anxiety. I had to have six fillings done, and because of some very bad experiences at other dental offices over the years, I was extremely nervous. Dr. Lynn completely changed the way I feel about going to the dentist. She took her time, explained everything, answered every question, and constantly made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. I even chose laughing gas because of my dental anxiety, and she and her assistant made me feel safe every step of the way. Dr. Lynn and her assistant were an incredible team. Their patience, professionalism, and genuine care were unlike anything I've ever experienced at a dental office. They never made me feel rushed, and they truly cared about my comfort and well-being. I've been to several different dental offices over the past 15 years, and I can honestly say this was the best dental experience I've ever had. Dr. Lynn deserves 10 stars in my book! Thank you, Element Dental, for restoring not only my smile but also my confidence in going to the dentist. You've earned a lifelong patient, and I'm proud to call Element Dental my new dental home. I highly recommend Element Dental in Conroe to anyone looking for a dentist who truly cares about their patients.

Excellent customer service. Easy check in, did not wait for scheduled appointment. The complete staff was awesome. Professional, kind and funny. I l love funny. Really lightens the day.

Element got ahead of me on my survey as a Google Rater. I wanted to add a photos to enhance my experience and that day will have to follow later. I am objective in all my work as a Rater and truly, my experience at Element was fascinating! All the staff members were very attentive, kind, and professional. Dr. Khon has very gentle hands and treated me for three cavities all at once. I was expecting to feel a lot of pain during and after the procedure but to my surprise, I didn't notice when the anesthesia injection had been administered. Nubia, Dr. Khon 's assistant, kept providing efficient help keeping me comfortable throughout. I wasn't having any pain after I left, although they called a light seditive at the pharmacy just in case. I highly recommend Element for your family dental care need in Conroe. Great work and truly well deserved review! Don't change anything!
