So far so good. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I avoided going to a dentist for 8 years after a really bad experience. The front desk staff at Element Dental were cheerful and friendly. The dental hygienist was amazing and gentle. Also very honest and attentive to my distress from past bad experience. She switched the dentist I was scheduled to see because I did not feel comfortable seeing a dentist that previously worked for the practice where I had the bad experience. The dentist I saw was friendly and explained my options clearly for the procedures I needed. Also this practice has payment plan options which is awesome! I will definitely return for future appointments. The only thing I wish was more thorough was the explanation of my options. I know nothing about recovery time for an implant. It seems lengthy after I looked some things up but still probably the best long term option.

Staff were courteous and professional. I have used them for years & each visit is always quick & pleasant. I have often recommended this dental practice to friends.

Callie and Cynthia were amazing with my autistic daughter, they had great vibes and were very compassionate. Callie is a magician, she did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Kuhl and Dr Menon were very friendly. Happy with the excellent service.

I found Element Dental after experiencing a bad experience with another dentist in Lufkin, their lack of integrity made me look for a better dentist. I was told that they took my insurance and had several cleanings done by them costing me over a hundred dollars each time, I needed a crown and it would have cost me $1,300.00 using this dental office. So I started calling other dental offices. Element Dental were easy to contact with friendly and knowledgeable staff who were helpful getting me in, evaluated the tooth and contacted my insurance company, The whole procedure cost me nothing they are good,
I highly recommend them.

I recently switched my teenager to Element Dental & Orthodontics for braces and were so glad we did. Everyone there has been so friendly and visits always go pretty smoothly. Questions and concerns have been heard and addressed respectfully as well. We love Dr Anzaloni, his assistants and everyone at the front desk that greets us with a smile!
