I was checked in at Element Dental by Jessica. She was very professional but also makes you feel “at home.” She was efficient but friendly and outrageously gorgeous. The other two staff members at the front desk are both named Leslie. They handle insurance and scheduling. They both do an excellent job. My dental care was handled by Dr Menon and his dental assistant Samantha. Dr Menon did an amazing, painless job on repairing the damage to my teeth. Samantha was completely involved in the procedure and has perfect skills in assisting the Dr. I had an overwhelming positive experience. This dental group provides the best treatment, care, and services I have experienced in Lufkin. And much of this is made possible by Jessica getting everything started on the most positive note. Thank you Jessica and everyone at Element Dental.

In my life (I’m 65); I’ve had 12 dentists over the years! Some are good and trusting, and some are working for $$$. I live in Dallas, my other dentist retired…..my son referred me to Dr. Brooke Kuehl in Lufkin. It’s 3 hours drive, but for me; it’s worth it!!! I trust Dr. Brooke; I’m going to get 5 Crowns replaced, they’re porcelain is cracked. (I’ve had those crowns for many years). Dr. Brooke’s Hygienist is the best Hygienist I’ve had ever. I’ve had 20 Hygienists over the years; Hygienists always tell you you doing bad brushing-it’s a negative message. When I go to Lufkin; I feel better, her is so positive. ❤️❤️❤️

Excellent service and care! Callie was terrific! Dr. Menon is excellent, too! They really took the time to explain everything to me and my granddaughter. It was her first time going to the dentist and it was a great experience for her! Very affordable, too!

Extremely knowledgeable, professional and the customer service would be 10 stars if that was an option. My son has braces and I have teeth that needed a lot of attention. They explained every detail thoroughly and you can tell they genuinely care.

They took very good care of me and even offered a 0% interest program to pay for what my insurance didn't cover. The employees say that the people they work with are like a close family to them. The atmosphere there was relaxed and efficient.
