This was an amazing experience for me. I had put my dental care on hold for a while due to insurance issues, and after recently getting my coverage reinstated, this office was my first choice and I definitely won’t be looking back! I waited less than five minutes in the lobby before being called back. Caroline was amazing! She made a two-hour visit feel like only 30 minutes. She was very thorough and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. If you’re looking for a new dentist, this is definitely the place to go. :)

Dr. Jourdan Bean took extra care during my extraction to ensure that every part of the tooth was completely removed. The procedure was smooth and painless. He and his assistant, Debbie, were both professional and genuinely caring. The front desk ladies Hannah and Vanessa were also very helpful and welcoming. Overall, this is a great dental office with reasonable prices.

I just had my teeth cleaned at Elevate Dental. It is always a great experience. Everyone is very professional and caring. Dr. Andy is fantastic. He is personable and covers all my concerns. Big shout out to Hannah at the front desk. Thanks for always answering all my questions!

For most of my life, going to the dentist felt impossible. I carry severe anxiety and PTSD from traumatic experiences I had as a child at the hands of a dentist. Because of that, it had been more than 20 years since I had stepped into a dental office. As part of my healing journey, I made the decision that I wanted to find a dentist I could truly trust, someone who would make me feel heard, safe, and respected. I spent nearly a year meeting with different dentists, which meant reliving some of the most difficult experiences of my life over and over again. Unfortunately, many of those conversations were met with little compassion or understanding. Everything changed when I met Dr. Andy and the team at Elevate Dental. From my very first visit, Dr. Andy and his team listened with genuine compassion as I shared my story once again. Instead of rushing or dismissing my concerns, they took the time to truly understand what I had been through. Together they developed a thoughtful, carefully constructed treatment plan to address my oral health in a way that respected my comfort and emotional wellbeing. Every step of the way, they have been incredibly patient, kind, and gentle. Not once have I felt embarrassed or judged. Dr. Andy takes the time to explain everything and educate me throughout the process, which has helped ease so much of my anxiety. I am especially grateful to Hannah, who took my very first call. She listened to my story with such empathy and became a true advocate for me throughout this process. And to the hygienists who were always ready with a reassuring hand to hold or a box of tissues when I needed it most, your kindness meant more than you know. Because of this team, something I once feared for decades has become a place where I feel safe and supported. Elevate Dental isn’t just a dental practice, it’s a group of genuinely compassionate people who truly care about their patients. I would trust Dr. Andy with all of my loved ones. I am incredibly grateful to have found such an extraordinary team of good humans.

I've always been a textbook procrastinator when comes to the dentist because I'm a baby about it. The staff at Elevate are sweet and courteous. Although I still get nervous, Dr. Andy is very gentle and always does a wonderful job. Highly recommend this office.
