I had a consultation with Dr. Lin on 2/3/2026. I was very impressed with her experience, knowledge, and professionalism. She was very genuine and had a great bedside (dental chair) manner. Her experience meets and exceeds my special medical needs. Her assistant, Christina was also very competent and knowledgeable and helped guide me through my questions. Dr. Lin’s front receptionist, Amy was very friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in the doors. The interior decorations and furnishings were new, clean and comfortable.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an excellent experience with this oral surgery office. The entire staff was friendly and professional, and I was able to easily get an appointment, complete my consultation, and begin the implant process all on the same day. An extraction was performed during this first visit, and everything was clearly explained beforehand, which really helped put me at ease. Dr. Lin was fantastic—she took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure, answered my questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. The office is run very efficiently, and the overall experience was smooth from start to finish. I don’t have a lot of experience with oral surgeons, but based on this visit, I highly recommend this office and Dr. Lin. They would absolutely be my first choice if I need oral surgery again in the future.

I was referred to this practice and I’ve experienced nothing but difficulties. The first problem that I experienced was every appointment was rescheduled several times. I was understanding with each of the reasons that were explained to me. I even agreed to see a different dentist in the practice since the first dentist was out due to an unforeseen leave. I was finally seen and I moved forward with scheduling my surgery with the practice, I put a down payment for the surgery as required. Unfortunately, the surgery was rescheduled several times at short notice (via text), therefore, I decided that I no longer wanted to do business with them due to their inconsistencies. I called to inform them that I did not want to reschedule. I requested a refund of my Deposit so that I could move forward with finding a different dentist. I was told the practice had been sold and that I would need to contact the dentist that sold the practice for my refund. This has been very frustrating because I have been dealing with this since October and given the runaround constantly. Although the front desk persons say they understand, this office was not transparent with its transition of the practice. If I was aware of all of the issues going on behind the scenes, I would not have scheduled a surgery here. I spoke with the provider that sold the practice and was told they have not received any money and that technically I would need to get my refund from this practice. I’m still awaiting someone to respond so that I could be done with this office. I hope if you choose to come here you don’t have the same horrific experience that I did.

Had a very positive experience with them for my wisdom tooth removal. The staff were very pleasant, Dr Lin was very nice, and they helped me setup for a successful recovery. Everyone was very informative about the procedure and answered all my questions! I went for the most anesthesia possible, and it absolutely worked. The aftercare instructions are very straightforward!

I had to find a new oral surgeon thanks to new dental insurance, and starting from scratch when you already know you need a lot of dental work is not exactly calming. 😅 I was working my way down the Delta Dental list and the first office near my home to answer was Elevate Oral Surgery Group... and that’s where everything changed. Amy answered the phone. I was nervous. I had a million questions. I was trying to “interview” offices because I’m not just looking for a procedure… I’m looking for a place I can trust long term. Amy was calm, kind, patient, and never once made me feel rushed or silly for asking questions. When I called back, Christina was just as wonderful. They got me in for a consult the very next day, and were even able to accommodate my procedure that same day! Before I even arrived, Dory personally called to walk me through exactly what insurance would cover and how billing would work so there were no surprises. That kind of proactive communication mattered a lot to me. When I got there, the entire office was warm and calming. (And important note: this review is for Elevate Oral — I believe they’ve recently taken over the previous practice and their new signage is up now!) Here’s the part that really got me: I later found out that when Amy first answered my call — the call that made me choose this office — it was her FIRST DAY. I would have never known. She set the tone for my entire experience, and every single person I encountered matched her professionalism and kindness. Then I met Dr. Lin. She is incredible. I felt instantly at ease. I’m not someone who loves dental procedures (who is?! lol), but she made the whole experience far more manageable and comfortable than I expected. That says a lot. A week later I had a small healing question, and Dr. Lin actually came into the office to personally check on me and put my mind at ease. Who does that anymore?!!? That level of care is rare. I even got to meet her sweet son while I was there — it just reminded me that this practice is filled with real, caring humans. Unfortunately, I didn’t win the genetic lottery when it comes to teeth 😂 but I can say with full confidence that whatever dental work is ahead of me, I feel completely safe in their hands. Thank you to Dr. Lin and the entire Elevate Oral team. Wake Forest / Raleigh is lucky to have you. And so am I. 🤍
