I’ve been putting off coming to the dentist because it’s not my favorite place to go, but today my faith was renewed by a wonderful visit and cleaning by DANIELLE. She put me at ease and did a great job, very professional and friendly. She made me feel like part of the process and not just another patient. It was good to see Dr. Chamberlain again. I must also comment on the music I heard while my teeth were being cleaned and x-rayed. I am an old Buddy Holly fan and even heard the first song I ever bought on a 45 record, “Sugar, Sugar,” by the Archies. I’m grateful. Merry Christmas!!!

I just finished getting a tooth implant and am very happy with the work and the results. Dr. Chamberlain explained every step of the process, was up front about the costs and options, and made sure all my questions were answered. He was sensitive to my needs and comfort and was careful with all the work. The way Dr. Chamberlain worked on my tooth made it apparent that he's not just about getting it done; he's genuinely concerned about the quality of his work, and it shows. Grete, the office manager, was friendly and informative, as was Terri, the assistant. I like the way Dr. Chamberlain communicates with his staff. It seems to me they all like and respect each other, which creates a welcoming and comforting atmosphere. I highly recommend Elevation Family Dental and would trust them with any dental work.

My trip to Elevation Family Dental was pleasant, quick, easy and helped me with the health of my teeth. I enjoyed the staff who were extremely helpful and enjoyable people. I am quite thankful for the work they do and making the process as easy as possible.

The best dentist I have ever been too no one could fix my dentures in 3 years of trying and alot of money..he fixed them in 1 day and no adjustments. Now they fit perfectly thank you so much. And what a wonderful staff...Highly recommend ..

Absolutely love this dental office. Very gentle and attentive to my specific needs. My hygienist is amazing and the dentist is always funny and kind! Would definitely recommend this office if you're looking for a new dentist.

Meet the Doctors
Dr. Judd Chamberlain, DDS, is the dentist at Elevation Family Dental. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Physiology from the University of Wyoming, graduating summa cum laude, and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where he was recognized by the Omicron Kappa Upsilon dental honor society. He completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency through the Veterans Affairs Hospital System in San Antonio, Texas. His experience includes private practice in Laramie, Wyoming, where he served as team dentist for University of Wyoming Athletics, the Veterans Affairs Dental Clinic in Colorado Springs, and six combined years at the Marillac Clinic in Grand Junction, where he served as Associate Dental Director and directed a post-graduate dental education program.
