As a dentist in bolingbrook (45 mins away) I don't refer to any other oral surgeon. Dr. Samer is world renowned for his knowledge and skill in dental implants, and it's wild that he's right here in Elgin. If you're looking for a place to get your wisdom teeth extracted under sedation or for a place to have your dental implants placed for a single tooth or for full mouth all on 4, don't go anywhere else!! Trust me. Everyone else in the chicagoland area learned from Dr. Sam. So would you rather go to him or the people who learned from him?

Have the most greatest experience the whole crew was very helpful. Monique explained everything completely. She was very helpful very professional and very organized. I love that. She was bilingual, friendly. Smile great attitude. Definitely will recommend this office for any oral surgeries that you may have. One of the best implants surgeons in the country for sure.
Pure heart. Golden hands. Incredibly skilled.
Hardest combo ever. Outstanding quality. Dr Sam did my grandmas teeth 4 years ago and there’s not a day we aren’t all grateful. My uncle as well he did his 2 years ago.
Dr Samers work has stood the test of time and I can confidently say when my mom needs it we’re going to him.

I recently had surgery at Elgin Dental Implants and it was a great experience. The entire team is fantastic. I cannot say enough good things about this team. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Samer and his team are THE BEST!!
I was super nervous about getting all four of my wisdom teeth out, but the team at Elgin Dental Implants made it such an easy experience! Everyone was so friendly and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Dr. Samer explained everything clearly and helped calm my nerves before the procedure. The surgery was quick and way less painful than I expected, and recovery has been smooth thanks to his clear instructions and some prescribed Ibuprofen 😉.
I’d definitely recommend Elgin Dental Implants to anyone getting their wisdom teeth removed!

Meet the Doctors
The practice's clinical team includes Dr. Samer Elbatanouny, DDS, and Dr. Adem Senalan, DMD, FICOI. Dr. Elbatanouny, known to patients as Dr. Sam, is the founder and owner of Elgin Dental Implants. He earned his dental doctorate from the University of Illinois at Chicago and his bachelor's degree in dental sciences from Cairo University, and also holds a master's degree in healthcare administration. He is a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry, a Fellow of the American Dental Implant Association, and holds a Mastership in the International Dental Implant Association. His practice focuses on advanced implant surgery and full-arch rehabilitation, including zygomatic and pterygoid implants, and he teaches and lectures on these procedures and on intravenous sedation. He is a member of the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology. Dr. Adem Senalan has advanced training in implant dentistry with a focus on immediate implant placement and full-arch rehabilitation. He is a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, holds a moderate intravenous sedation permit, is completing a Master of Science in Dentistry through Jacksonville University's Comprehensive Oral Implantology program, and lectures with the Chicago Osseo Academy.
