What an amazing dental clinic! The dentist and hygienists are wonderful, and Keriann and KK at the front desk truly go above and beyond. They are warm, professional, and made my visit exceptionally positive. Their kindness, efficiency, and genuine care deserve special recognition. I’m so grateful to have found this incredible team for my dental care.

After avoiding the dentist for years because of traumatic dental experiences, and neglecting my teeth SO badly, I finally bit the bullet. Or, I bit *something* and put a hole in my tooth, so I really had no choice. They are exceptionally kind here, Bri especially has been SO patient and so nice, even when I’m being a total baby in the chair. Everyone has answered the one million questions that I’ve asked. I would recommend, this is the first time I’ve ever returned to the same dentist more than once.

I’m what I would consider a difficult patient due to past traumas as a child with the dentist. However, the dental assistants were so kind and supportive. They were patient and helped me through multiple anxiety attacks. They didn’t force me to do more than I could handle and even got me back in last second so we could finish what we had started. KK is outgoing, down to earth and willing to answer any questions. Truly love this clinic.

Absolutely amazing every time! I hadn't been to a dentist in many many years. I have very bad anxiety and guilt at the dentist. My teeth are not good. Dr. Best and his team are truly the best! I went to them in an emergency situation and from that situation I've had all my teeth fixed by them. They do a fantastic job and take great care of you! No more feeling anxious or guilty anymore.

I never leave negative reviews, but people should be warned to not go here. Over time, we had repeated issues with communication, follow-through, and quality of care for both adult and pediatric patients. My child had a significant concern that I felt I had to continuously advocate for, only for it to be minimized and brushed off. I was told I would receive a call back after the dentist consulted with colleagues, and that never happened. After switching providers, the concern was immediately recognized and addressed without any resistance, which made it clear we had been fighting for basic care before. We also experienced poor communication regarding adult dental issues, including gum disease that was not identified here but was recognized immediately by another provider. Additionally, I know multiple people who received restorative work at this office that did not match their natural teeth and later had to be corrected elsewhere. Routine visits were uncomfortable at times, including a pediatric cleaning that my child cried through due to poor bedside manner. As a parent, this was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. We have since received excellent care by finding another provider. I would not recommend this office to anyone looking for proactive care, clear communication, or consistent follow-through.
