I had such an amazing experience today! The entire staff was kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful from beginning to end. The front desk team, dental assistant, and dentist were all wonderful. A special thank you to Lily for being so helpful with scheduling my fathers future appointments. I truly felt taken care of!

I was referred to Elite Dental by a co-worker in 2011. I was so pleased from the start that I enrolled my husband and 3 children when they turned 12. Elite’s professional care is outstanding! I have not gone to another dentist office since then. They have addressed our individual needs with precise diagnosis and care. I can only go to 7 am appointments and I really appreciate this benefit. They receive 5 stars from me.

They have always been friendly and professional. They take the time to answer questions and also are very informative. Their work is accurate, comfortable, and timely. I don't have any anxieties at all going to the dentist here.

I've had regular exams and cleanings (every 6 months) for basically my whole life. I floss and brush twice a day. I rarely have cavities, maybe one every couple of years but nothing crazy. I've switched dentists multiple times. I moved recently and found this place worked with my insurance and had good reviews. I regret my decision to go here. I was going for my 6 month check up and I was experiencing a lot of sensitivity and wanted help with that. After my first exam (having had one only 6 months prior) he said that I had 7 cavities I needed filled. How did I develop 7 cavities in such a short period of time? He said there were 2 of them that were improperly filled by prior dentists but he could fix them and then my sensitivity would go away. I figured maybe I had just been going to bad dentists who missed cavities and it could explain the sensitivity I feel. I got all of the work done and I am in more pain then before. My teeth feel exposed and hurt any time I eat. I'm afraid to go back because I am scared they're just going to make it even worse. Also while filling cavities, he randomly said he found another cavity and was going to fill it while I was already numb. I paid after the appointment and then 4 weeks later get a notice that I owe more for this additional cavity I didn't consent to be filled. I just don't trust them or their work and regret coming here. It's honestly made me doubt dentists as a whole and make me fearful to return to any dentist. He drilled multiple of my teeth away, and it's scary because they don't grow back for someone new to try. Now they're just gone and I have to hope my fillings stay or frequently go to dentists and get the work redone.
