Very impressed with the dental care at Elite. I went in for a cleaning, wisdom teeth removal, and a crown. I suffer from extremely sensitive teeth and the staff and Dr. Jung were so respectful and understanding (never felt judged). My dental treatment was smooth with very minimal pain and discomfort they really listened to my personal needs. Definitely will be going back every 6 months.

I absolutely love it here. As someone who has an extreme fear of the dentist everyone here is so sweet and take extremely good care of you I've seen Dr Townsend and Doctor Pourkay and they are both amazing. I saw the hygienist Anna and she is amazing and has an extremely Gentle Touch. The assistants Nayzeth and Deedra made me feel so comfortable. The whole staff here make you feel they actually care. Would recommend anybody I know to come here

The dentist was friendly and knowledgeable. The assistants were kind and educational. But the whole practice is blind to time. I don't know if they overscheduled, are short-staffed, or just disorganized, but I was there for 1 hour 40 minutes and they still hadn't completed my regular checkup and scheduled me to come back for the cleaning portion. It's unexplainable what they do with their time. But when they were actually engaging with me they were lovely.

Very happy I found this dentist office! Very caring staff, sensative to my needs, and care about the community. I take my youngest daughter with me and they even have a kids chair for her, and are patient when she interupts for help with her phone. Wish I found this office when I first moved to this area!

My first visit was great, but I had chosen this place specifically because they offered sedation. The day I was supposed to get the work done, they canceled and I had to reschedule for a couple weeks later. Then the day before that appointment, they called and said they no longer offer sedation. Now I have to start the entire process of finding a dentist over again.
