This is the most amazing place that has the greatest staff!!! From the moment I called, they got me in much quicker than I thought. Every staff member from the receptionist, assistants and Dr Royer was the best experience you can ask for. Dr. Royer is very knowledgeable and will explain everything in detail and doesn't sugarcoat anything!! The work they do is spot on and they made me feel like I was at home. I would highly recommend this place and share it with people you know!! Also love the Christian environment!!!

I 100 % agree with the last review. I had a very similar experience. Would NOT recommend this office to ANYONE EVER!!! When you take over an established business you take the clientele. Not the case with this business. After begging for months for an appointment I was told they would refer me out to another dentist in Beaumont. That doesn’t work for me. The assistant and office manager were beyond rude . I can’t believe this business doesn’t want a cash patient . Don’t believe the malarkey on there web page. They are not compassionate. Funny how they say all this stuff in their website singing thier own praises. What a joke . I would strongly suggest finding a different office where they are compassionate and want your business . I’ve never seen unprofessionalism at this level. I didn’t want to leave one star but I had to , to be able to leave this review.

To say I'm greatly appreciative would be an understatement of just how amazing Dr. Royer and his team are at Elite. He was strongly recommended to me by Dr. Kimberly Pitts whom has an amazing reputation herself! Dr. Royer an his team are very skilled within their establishment, professional, and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. I strongly recommend Elite Dentures to anyone whose seeking to have dental work done. It's good to know their is a dentist within mid county whom exceeds all the requirements of his profession. Thank you Dr. Royer an Elite team for all that you done for me!!

I’ve been using this for over a year with NO issues. In fact, the Dr. and staff are Christian people who had morning prayer and have all of the patience in the world with the clients I’ve seen in the office. That is, unless you feel entitled, as some sound on their reviews.
There are ways to communicate your concerns but being hostile, angry, and blaming someone else without pulling up your lace panties and acting like a rational adult is not the solution. Take a deep breath, let it out, listen carefully and be slow to speak. That’s why God gave us two ears and just one mouth.
Now, God loves you and so do I and there’s nothing you can do about that! Have a Blessed evening.🙏❤️
