Melanie is a great dental hygienist. She is always pleasant, and makes sure I am comfortable. And my teeth look and feel terrific after my cleaning. Fortunately I did not need anything but a cleaning. But Dr. Turgeon is an excellent dentist when I have needed any other dental work.

My FIRST experience with Dr. Turgeon at Elite Family Dentistry, was deja vu from my FIRST appointment with Dr. Jason Dupree! The nice, new office and pleasant atmosphere, the friendly receptionist greeting me by name, only a brief wait, and being escorted to an exam room by one of the sweetest assistants EVER (Teresa), whose warm personality immediately assured me that, as a new patient of Elite Family Dentistry, "they WERE going to take care of me!" When Teresa had finished her "prelims," Julie came in with a smile (to help relax me, I'm sure) to give me the shot, which was quick and painless! On her way out of the room, Dr. Turgeon was coming in to do the root canal and fillings. He and Teresa make a great team--this was NOT their first rodeo!! Listening to them talk as Dr. Turgeon was working, I could "hear" their expertise and knowledge; and their skills were evident in how EFFICIENTLY they worked. As he worked, he continually showed compassion by asking "Are you alright?" Also, Teresa would inform me of what she was about to do each time and tell me of any discomfort I might feel--NO SURPRISES! Everyone that I interacted with was professional yet friendly, accommodating, compassionate, efficient, and experts in their respective roles--the receptionist, Teresa, Julie, and Dr. Turgeon--; and I was thinking to myself "This is how it was at Dr. Dupree's Office!" Yes, deja vu is what I experienced! The other thought is: "God is good, all the time; and all the time, God is good!" I had prayed about the anxiety over switching dentists with work still remaining to be done. And I remembered Phillipians 4:6, which reminds us to be anxious for nothing, pray about everything, and thank God when He answers. So, now I thank God for Dr. Jonathan Turgeon and Elite Family Dentistry!!!

Could not have chosen a better dentist! Went in with pain and came out pain free. Very professional and caring towards new patients. Very happy with my experience and will be back for future work . Thank you so much

This was my first visit here and I felt very welcome. The hygienist and dentist explained my treatment options. The appointment clerk set up my follow-up appointment and was very helpful.

Arrived on time. Was pleasantly greeted at checkin. Was ushered back to a treatment room very quickly. The dental hygienist did a quick exam to update Dr Turgeon on why I was there. He and the hygienist worked vey quickly to solve my problem and I was in and out in what I thought was a amazing short period of time. Without any reservation I STRONGLY recommend this dental practice.
