After a bad experience at a previous specialist and declining to have my procedure done, I scheduled with your clinic. It was like night and day! Your team was so professional, friendly and expedient I can’t say enough. The facility was extremely clean neat and organized. An example of employees being attentive and receptive is when I mentioned the soap dispenser in the restroom was low, she immediately dropped what she was doing at the front desk and remedied the issue. Dr Bachoura was really professional, friendly and informative regarding the process and after procedure instructions. As well as what to expect. The procedure was completely pain free. The discomfort so far has been minimal. The cost of the procedure was very reasonable and well below my previous specialist. I have found a new home for my dental specialty needs.

I had two wisdom teeth extracted. The entire experience was wonderful. I must admit I was nervous about this going in, but the staff made me comfortable. Every person I interacted with was top notch. Dr. Bachoura did the initial consultation and answered all my questions, made fantastic suggestions, and did an amazing job on the procedure. The office people were excellent as well as the attending nurses.

The entire staff made me feel very welcome. they got me in right away and removed a painful wisdom tooth the next day. everyone seem very concerned about my problems and we're very caring and considerate. I would recommend them for any oral surgery. This experience was 1000 times better than a previous surgery with a different doctors office.

It has been one week since my oral surgery. I was told to expect swelling, bruising, maybe temporary paralysis and pain. I am pleased to say that I had none of that and only took one pain pill after I got home. Dr Alkola is amazing. He is also friendly and caring. His staff Millie and Courtney are likewise amazing. They made sure I was comfortable during the procedure. Thank you.

The group as a whole was really good. Having had a recent heart attack, they worked directly with my cardiologist to make sure I as in good hands. Truthfully I was scared, not because of the surgery itself, but having had a heart attack earlier this year and being on blood thinners. I had to wait to get clearance, this office made sure I was taken care of managing infections and pain til my cardiologist approved the surgery. They made me feel secure and comfortable in their care. And absolutely no pain from start to finish, not even any discomfort. I highly recommend Elite Oral & Facial Surgery of Conroe and my Dr. Alkola and his staff.

He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Texas Dental Association, the Greater Houston Dental Society, and the Houston Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. Dr. Andre Nguyen, DDS, MD, is a board certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon who earned his dental degree at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, completed a fellowship in dental anesthesiology at the Indiana University School of Medicine, and earned his medical degree and completed his oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at the University of Kentucky. His clinical interests include anesthesiology, wisdom tooth removal, tissue grafting, and dental implant surgery, including full-mouth dental rehabilitation.
