I would just like to say. I came here yesterday for all four wisdom teeth removal. I have such bad anxiety when it comes to dental and sedation that I was crying in the lobby waiting for my appointment. The staff there immediately started walking me through the entire process and kept reassuring me. The surgical assistant Sydni made sure to explain everything as is happened because it calmed me down. She would even read me my vitals every few mins because as a EMT myself it calmed me to know they were stable. Renee I met during my first consult actually came in to check on me when she heard I had been crying. I was 10/10 terrified for this appointment and having the people I did made it so much easier. So I wanted to say thank you to Sydni, Renee, and Dr Alkola for being so attentive and understanding with my anxiety. I honestly can’t remember if anyone else was there but those three stood out to me. It went from 10/10 fear to 10/10 greatfull. I still have to go through recovery, but I wanted to thank you for the kindness y’all showed me before I forgot.

My oral surgery went exceptionally well! Initially I was so nervous and concerned to give full trust and vulnerability to a group of people that I didn’t know. However; I felt comfortable from the time I walked into the building by the office staff and Dr. Michael. They all were so kind and treated me with compassion and respect. The way I am treated is always number one for me over everything else. I really appreciate their kindness. From there trust was established and although I was nervous for my surgery Dr. Michael and his staff were very comforting and reassuring towards me. They also were very accommodating towards my sensitive medical needs which allowed my surgery to run really smoothly. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of and specialized dentistry!

My family has the unfortunate luck of being blessed with being born with extra wisdom teeth. Elite Oral took great care of my son’s wisdom teeth removal. I didn’t get to meet/speak with his surgeon but his staff was informative, helpful, and very kind. Thank you for making this experience as easy as possible and my son is healing very well!

My surgery was on Thursday, and I was waiting to write this review. This place is definitely full of professionals. My surgery and recovery have been incredible—I haven’t felt any pain at all, literally 0.5 on a scale of 1 to 10. I haven’t needed to take the pain medication that was prescribed to me.
I had very little swelling, and it only lasted through the day after the surgery. The doctor kept in touch and even gave me a phone number where I could reach out if anything looked unusual over the weekend.
I was terrified of this process because of everything you hear about it, but I would absolutely choose this place again if I had to go through it once more. Thank you so much.

My oral surgery went exceptionally well. I was understandably nervous, but everyone made me feel incredibly comfortable and treated me as if I were a long-time patient. From the moment I entered the office, the front desk clerk seemed to recall me from my consultation a week prior. That’s remarkable, considering the high volume of patients they see. The doctor’s assistant was exceptionally attentive and helped me prepare for surgery. She was truly awesome and remembered our conversation about a room in the office that is notoriously cold. Dr. Ali Alkola is an absolute genius! I have severe white coat syndrome, and he made me feel incredibly at ease from our consultation to the surgery. He also kept his word by checking on me a few hours after my procedure. Everything went smoothly, and I would highly recommend this practice to anyone I know. I give it a solid 10/10! Thank you to everyone involved!

Meet the Doctors
The Spring office is staffed by two board certified oral and maxillofacial surgeons. Dr. Andrew Michael, DDS, MD, earned his dental degree at the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco, then completed his medical degree and oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and a Fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, with primary interests in pathology, dentoalveolar surgery, dental implants, and maxillofacial trauma. Dr. Ali Alkola, BDS, DMD, earned his first dental degree in Baghdad in 2007, graduated with honors from the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry in 2016, practiced as a general dentist in Houston for three years, and completed his oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at Harlem Hospital in New York City.
