*Update* 2 Months Later After my appointment with the Dental Hygienist, Dentist, and staff, I’m ready to share my thoughts. The location is convenient and comfortable, equipped with the latest technology. The homey ambiance, complemented by matching furniture in the reception area, creates a welcoming atmosphere. The staff embodies this welcoming theme, being both personable and informative throughout the experience. Throughout the visit, I felt incredibly comfortable. The staff communicated clearly about the decisions being made and proactively took measures to prevent future issues. The rebooking process was straightforward and hassle-free, thanks to the staff at the front desk. I received a filling, cleaning, and bonding service. I will be a back!! I highly recommend calling them to start the initial process; they’ll handle everything for you. -2 months earlier - Please be aware that when booking a new patient appointment online with this practice, your scheduled time slot may be canceled if you do not speak directly with the office or the person responsible for setting appointments. I spoke with an individual, who called once during business hours while I was at work. The call/text only covered basic information that could have easily been discussed during the in-office patient setup, making it feel like an unnecessary screening step. In my case, this resulted in a poor experience, especially after I arrived for my scheduled 7:00 AM appointment. There was no notification or update indicating that my appointment had been canceled due to a lack of response, which added to the confusion. The online booking system should clearly state that these are not fully confirmed appointments, as the current process can mislead customers. Be cautious when scheduling online with this practice. I will update this review once I have my “real new scheduled appt in 2 months”.

Elke Cheung Dentistry is truly exceptional. Dr. Cheung and her team treat you like family from the moment you walk in. The office is modern, extremely clean, and always runs on time. Dr. Cheung explains everything clearly, makes you feel comfortable, and delivers high-quality work with great attention to detail. Easily one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had—highly recommended!

We were recently referred by friends to her practice. Both of our boys were reluctant and literally smiling after cleaning and clear explanations of everything. Highly recommend!

She’s patched up my cavities like a dental MacGyver, guided me through Invisalign so my teeth could finally stop playing Tetris, fixed a chipped tooth like it never happened (still convinced she’s part wizard), and crowned me like royalty—literally. I now flash my smile like I just won a pageant. Her cleanings? Gentle but thorough. Like a spa day for your molars. But beyond the skill, it’s her vibe that makes you actually want to come back. She’s kind, funny, and somehow makes being in the chair feel less like a chore and more like catching up with a friend who just happens to be holding sharp instruments near your face. If you're looking for a dentist who’s equal parts artist, genius, and total sweetheart—go see Dr. Elke. Your teeth will thank you. And so will your future selfies.

My visit to Dr. Cheung office with my mom was a wonderful experience.The staff was kind and welcoming, and the dentist explained everything clearly. Both Dr. Cheung and Maria made me and my mom feel comfortable the whole time. I would definitely recommend this office.
