I am extremely happy with Elsinore Smiles. The atmosphere is definitely friendly, positive, and professional. From the moment you walk in, they greet you with a sincere smile, making you feel welcome and comfortable. They work very hard to help you in the best way possible, finding convenient and affordable alternatives for your dental needs. I am sincerely satisfied and happy to return for all my appointments. I truly recommend them—excellent service, the best around!

I recently visited Elsinore Smiles after having a terrible consultation with another dentist. The staff was welcoming and tried hard to assist. Notably, Marie was amazing and went above and beyond to help me get a plan together and start my treatment. The dental assistant Thomas is also fantastic. He is very professional and attentive and did a great job assisting in my treatments. The dentist himself did resolved my issues swiftly. Further to that the hygienist was the best I have visited so far.

So quick and easy, very personal staff, don’t be afraid to talk about you situation they will help you make a plan and lovely environment. It was really clean and they will even turn the music up for you. That really care when your in pain! And they really care!

I went to Elsinore Smiles on sort of a last minute decision because my primary dentist wouldn’t see me until a week from when I called and I was in too much pain and Elsinore Smiles were so kind enough to find a space for me even though they were booked! The whole experience has far exceeded any dentist I have ever been! The staff is so welcoming and helpful and the dentists and dental assistants as well! As someone who has major dentist anxiety, I felt super welcomed and relaxed and like I was in good hands. Also special shoutout to Jay for being super understanding and even taking time a day after my appointment to check up on me to make sure I was ok! Truly a 10/10 experience! I will be recommending my family and friends here for their future dental needs!

Amazing customer service! I’m afraid of the dentist but Dr Brown has a gentle touch to the point where I felt nothing when he extracted my tooth. They do a great job of letting you know everything you need and working with your insurance. They explained what my insurance covers and what they dont, and explained finance options to help me pay for my portion so I didn’t have to put any money down. Thanks to Lori the manager and her team. I will be back
