I had an excellent experience at this dental office. The service was great from start to finish. The dental assistant, Blanca Hernandez, made everything easy and comfortable. I recently visited Elstar Dental for a routine dental cleaning, and my experience was quite mixed. While the doctor and dental hygienist were both kind and professional, my interaction with the staff during the x-ray process was disappointing. The woman taking the x-rays was rude and had an attitude the entire time, which made me feel uncomfortable—I almost left. It's essential for healthcare professionals to treat all patients with respect and kindness, and unfortunately, that was not the case during my visit.
