We have been patients at Emerald Coast Smiles by Design for at least 15 years. Our family of six always receives excellent dental care from Dr. Stephanie and her staff. Billing is always clear and accurate. We have even had significant dental traumas that she has handled perfectly. She stays up to date with the latest in her field and has excellent skills in aesthetics;). I recommend her office often.

My dental insurance changed when I went on SS in January. Dr Stephanie was no longer in my network and I changed providers to Advantage Dental Plus. At my appointment with Advantage Dental I was told I needed two crowns replaced. I contacted Dr Stephanie whom I have been a patient of for over 12 years and told her the situation. She asked me to come in for a consultation to review the findings with me. Dr Stephanie said I do not need the crowns replaced and there are no issues. She has a wonderful senior program through her office which I can pay a low fee and continue seeing her with 2 regular cleanings a year and discounts on any dental procedures in the future. I trust Dr Stephanie to the fullest extent and could not recommend a more reliable and trustworthy Dentist. Thank you Dr Stephanie Tilley for taking the time to see me and confirm my thoughts that I was being taken advantage of. What a blessing to have her in your corner. Thank you.

Always a great experience. My grandson gets his bi annual cleaning and exam completed here. They are great with kids. Clean facility, very courteous and great communication. We drive from the SW side of Pensacola to come here and it’s worth it!

I can’t say enough positive things about my experience. I had neglected going to the dentist for years out of fear because I am a smoker. This staff is fantastic from the front desk to Connor (I believe he was the dental assistant) to the dentist and especially the amazing hygienist who worked on me (I wish I had her name so I could formally thank her by name). Yes, my mouth has issues that are now being addressed but this team put me completely at ease and I felt no judgement or pressure. I felt like 1000lbs were lifted off my when I left their office with a treatment plan. Highly recommend this office!
