I had a great experience with Dr Cline who performed a root canal on a back molar. She and her assistant Tiffany were very professional and reassuring. I was already in tremendous pain and they did not add to it. Instead, they did everything possible to diminish my pain. The procedure was pain-free, and I am so very thankful because dentist and pain has always gone hand in hand in my previous experiences. I would and will highly recommend this practice. The small waiting room is comfortably arranged. No long wait. The front desk staff are wonderful with inviting smiles. Thank you all very much.

Dr Britto and his assistant was wonderful!
With my 90 yr old mother who doesn’t like dental work. Gentle, caring and very responsive to her needs. The appointment was for an evaluation but he was able to go ahead and do the root canal at the same appointment so she wouldn’t have other pain. We will definitely refer anyone else to Him. Thank you Dr Britto and your nice staff!

I had an outstanding experience with Dr Diana Cline and the entire team. I recently underwent a root canal procedure, and the care I received was professional, efficient, and reassuring from start to finish.
The doctor explained the treatment clearly and ensured my comfort throughout the process. The staff was courteous and attentive, making the entire visit smooth and stress-free.
I highly recommend this dental office for anyone seeking high-quality and professional dental care.

I had a very disappointing experience at Endodontic Specialists of Florida.
I arrived a few minutes late to my 7:45 AM appointment due to unexpected traffic and communicated that I was on my way. I also offered to pay any rescheduling fee because I did not want to rush an important procedure.
When I arrived, I had difficulty locating the office due to a lack of clear signage and had to call for directions. Once I got upstairs, I was met with a dismissive and unprofessional attitude from the office manager, Andrea.
When I politely asked about availability before proceeding with an evaluation, I was met with a condescending response. When I addressed the tone, I was told to leave.
As a patient already dealing with pain and anxiety about treatment, this experience was unnecessarily stressful and disappointing. I understand that schedules are important, but professionalism and basic respect should still be a priority.
I cannot speak to the doctor’s clinical work, but the front office experience alone would make me hesitant to return or recommend this location.

I was really nervous but the doctor really made me feel a lot better, I had an infection so the procedure was a little rough for me but the doctor definitely made sure he did everything he could to make it as tolerable as possible instead of rushing through it. He took his time and explained to me what was going on and I’m very grateful for that. Would absolutely recommend.

About Endodontic Partners of Florida
Endodontic Partners of Florida is a dental practice committed entirely to endodontic care, serving Fernandina Beach and Amelia Island from its office at 960185 Gateway Boulevard, Suite 204. The practice describes itself as root canal experts with over 25 years of experience, and its doctors are specialist members of the American Association of Endodontists. Its services center on saving natural teeth: root canal therapy, endodontic retreatment for previously treated teeth that develop new problems, diagnosis and treatment of cracked teeth, care for traumatic dental injuries, and surgical endodontics such as apicoectomy for root tip infections that have not healed after conventional treatment.
The practice uses cone beam computed tomography (three dimensional scanning) with a CS 9000 3D system to help reveal extra root canals and fractures, and it accepts referrals from area general dentists. The office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, provides online new patient paperwork, and publishes insurance and financial policy information for patients. This is a root canal specialty office rather than an implant provider; the website presents its treatments as a way to save natural teeth and avoid the need for implants or bridges.
