Went here to get a root canal done on my front tooth. Had a really good experience both times I went in! The Consultation was quick and simple. (It did help that I already had identified the problem with my dentist) And the actual operation was VERY QUICK and painless. Obviously this varies case-to-case, but mine took 20 mins tops! Everyone was so nice and caring in the office, and on the phone as well! From setting up both appointments on the phone, getting records transferred, figuring out insurance, and even scheduling around some holidays and weather. Really well done! 10/10 would recommend!!

Sarah had a root canal today and said it was a walk in the park! The staff was kind, competent and caring. Dr Newberry was amazing and his assistant was incredible as well. So grateful for a great experience for a tooth that has hurt for a few months. I should have come earlier!

Today I had a new doctor at this clinic, what a wonderful experience for such a traumatic procedure. Dr Newberry was extremely informative on the procedure, caring plus very descriptive on the whole event, his assistant was very caring, she was knowledgeable and even though everything went like a blurr I was very happy they both were my people. I'v had many nightmares of dentists work on me but few have made me feel like I was a real person in their care. Today...yes today...I truly felt that way. The job was under an hour. Im hoping not to have complications later of course but I can say they both worked hard together to get me fixed up and ready for the next step of my tragic tooth loss. I will be requesting the same Doctor. The staff at the front desk were super and very nice. The check out and reschedule went well. Having to say good bye to my long loved tooth today was hard but all in all, the support and care got me through the grieving process better than expected. Thank you all for the support I recieved today.

I recommend you go to OMS or anywhere else but here. Dr. McFarland did a fine job on my husband’s implant and on finishing my implant. Dr Newberry cut my lip in the front of my mouth while working on my very last tooth. He placed a stitch and did not tell me that it was cut or stitched. It caused scarring and gave me issues for months. He was very distracted with other patients. The root canal failed immediately and the tooth had to be pulled by an oral surgeon. He also did my implant, which so far is fine. Contrast that (distracted dentist, injury to lip, poor follow up instructions) to OMS who has a dedicated oral surgeon and 3-4 assistants when doing an implant. After my final abutment was placed, the temporary crown (lab-made, not the old stainless stainless steel kind) was the totally wrong size and could not be put on. Dr. McFarland told me to brush my abutment (inside my mouth) with hand soap to keep it clean or not brush it at all. It will be a month before I can get my crown. Despite the fact that I walked out with no temporary (which he said is needed for comfort/use but also to keep the abutment clean), they did not give me any kind of discount because the temporary is “free.” When I pay hundreds to thousands of dollars for a service, I expect much better and have received much better elsewhere. FYI If you use your HSA or credit card here they charge a fee. It is posted on the counter when you enter but not at the checkout counter or if you pay over the phone. I waited 10 months to post this review because I held off to see if they would make things right with me by the end of my treatment. I want to be fair. They did refund me $400 of my root canal fee (failed, cut lip, etc) which I feel is nowhere near a fair recompense considering they still took the large insurance payment, my time, my tooth that was lost, not to mention I had to fight for that amount. Also for my son they kept billing me $350 with tons of pressure for me to pay that moment. I held off and had them send me his ledger; turns out we didn’t actually owe it. If you go to this office you will need to be assertive about your needs and patient rights at every turn. I hope they change their practices to be more patient-centered because I’m sure with better time management and office management they could be a wonderful practice.

Dr. Newberry and his assistant Ellie were amazing! Ellie was so sweet and informative, and Dr. Newberry was gentle and kind. This was my second root canal and easily the best experience I’ve had. I’m so glad I ended up here since my original referral didn’t take my insurance. Highly recommend!
