I had an outstanding experience at Entrust Oral Surgery in Escondido. This is by far one of the cleanest and most professional oral surgery offices I have ever visited. Their facility is spotless, modern, and equipped with true state-of-the-art dental and surgical equipment. You can immediately tell they operate at a very high standard.
I was originally scheduled for an extraction on March 19, 2026, but I was in a lot of pain. The team went above and beyond to move appointments around and get me in on February 23, 2026. That level of care and urgency meant everything to me. They truly care about their patients.
My tooth extraction was done fast, smooth, and virtually stress-free. The oral surgeon was highly skilled, and the entire staff made the process easy and comfortable.
Adriana was absolutely top-notch. She goes above and beyond for patients, making sure everything is organized, explained clearly, and handled with kindness and professionalism. Her customer service alone sets this Escondido oral surgery office apart from competitors.
If you are looking for the best oral surgeon in Escondido for tooth extraction, dental surgery, or emergency dental care, I highly recommend Entrust Oral Surgery. They are clean, efficient, compassionate, and truly deserving of recognition.

We had such a great experience here for my daughter ! She was referred here by her dentist for her wisdom teeth removal and Dr. Nelson and his staff were amazing! I was able to book very easily and also able go over the estimate beforehand. Everyone is very friendly and explained everything so clearly. The office is very clean and the service was so quick. My daughter said Dr. Nelson was very nice and also gentle with the IV ! Thanks again for a great experience !

I had an excellent experience at Entrust Oral Surgery with Dr. Nelson and his amazing staff. From start to finish, everyone was extremely caring and professional. Dr. Nelson explained everything clearly as he worked, checked in with me multiple times, and continuously reassured me throughout the procedure. The process was fast and completely painless, which really helped put me at ease. What truly stood out was that Dr. Nelson personally checked in with me later that day and again the next day, which made me feel genuinely cared for. I truly felt well taken care of and would absolutely recommend Dr. Nelson and Entrust Oral Surgery to anyone needing oral surgery.

Wow, Entrust Oral Surgery is the best. I had 2 molars extracted today and Dr Foote and his staff were the best. There was no pain, no discomfort or anything. I was so nervous before I got there, but from the front staff to the surgery staff it was great. You feel good and relaxed. For sure I will recommend my friends and family. Thank you everyone at Entrust 🙏🏼🫶🏽

I 100% recommend entrust oral surgery! My teenage son got his wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Richard Foote. He was incredible! He did such a thorough job and made sure my son was comfortable and understood the whole process. He got the best care! Dr. Foote has wonderful bedside manner and cares about his patients’ comfort. My son had a great recovery. I’m really glad I took him to entrust oral surgery and fully recommend them!
