I lost bonding on a tooth that was visible when I smile and was headed out of town. Called Monday morning and Dr. Shiveler and staff were able to work me in before I left town on Tuesday morning! I appreciate her so much and she is the best dentist I have ever been to…and I’ve had plenty, all over the country. Dr. Shiveler and her dedicated team are professional, efficient, kind, and very thorough. And I know I’m getting the best care possible and available. I’m so thankful Dr. Shiveler is my dentist!!!

I’ve been a patient at Dr. Shiveler’s office for a little over a year now, and I would enthusiastically recommend her to anyone looking for a new dentist. From the moment you check in at the front desk to the time you leave, the entire team makes the experience smooth and pleasant. The staff is friendly and efficient, and Dr. Shiveler provides excellent care during exams and cleanings. I’ve been happier with the service here than with any other dentist I’ve visited in decades. I also want to mention the dental hygienists—they’re fantastic. In the past, I’ve had issues at other offices with cleanings feeling rough or uncomfortable, but that’s never been the case here. The hygienist is gentle, thorough, and makes the process easy every time. On one occasion, I needed extra billing information for my FSA account, and the front desk team was incredibly helpful. They made sure I had everything I needed to satisfy my FSA requirements—quick and hassle-free. If you’re looking for a dentist who combines professionalism, kindness, and top-notch care, Dr. Shiveler’s office is a great choice—you’ll be happy you made it!

Dr. Shiveler and her team are amazing! The office is clean and runs on time. Everyone explains the plan and checks on patients through out. As a local healthcare worker you can also tell that they pride themselves on staying up to date with best practices which is reassuring.

I’ve been a patient here for the past 18 months and continue to be impressed every time I visit. Melanie, my hygienist, provides outstanding care — she’s friendly, attentive, and makes every cleaning a pleasant experience. Dr. Shiveler is a truly gifted dentist. From my first appointment, I was struck by her depth of knowledge and ability to communicate complex information clearly. She’s an intellectual powerhouse when it comes to dental health, and her passion for patient care shines through. The staff is warm, professional, and creates a welcoming environment that makes you actually look forward to going to the dentist. This is, without question, the best dental practice in Tallahassee.

I am so grateful for Dr Shiveler’s professional expertise which has been so valuable through the years I’ve been a patient in her practice. I’ve had some complex dental issues which she’s navigated me through Successfully. Her staff is also excellent.
