Very nice staff. Explains things very effectively. Updates you on any plans or changes. I was surprised they attended me so fast. Really no wait. Doctor is very attentive as well as the hygienist. They make conversation and connection with you. I would recommend best dentists in Escondido.

Great Dr. Front desk gal is nice however I must stress to please send your treatment plans to your insurance company for review prior to agreeing to any treatment here. The treatment planner in the back tells you crowns are not covered by your insurance but they are. Please please please check with your insurance prior to starting treatment, you could be saving yourself a significant amount of money. Zirconia crowns were covered by my insurance and was told they did not. Nice Dr but not enough for me to stay and pay more.

I cannot say enough good things about this dental office. I used to have major dental anxiety, especially when it came to procedures like a root canal and crown — but the women here completely changed that for me. From the moment I walked in, I felt cared for, heard, and respected. The entire team is incredibly compassionate and gentle, taking the time to explain everything and check in throughout the process. They never rushed me, never dismissed my fears, and truly made me feel safe. The doctors are extremely professional, skilled, and confident — which made all the difference. The procedure itself was smooth, efficient, and far more comfortable than I ever imagined. I left feeling relieved, grateful, and honestly a little proud of myself for facing something that used to scare me so much. If you’ve ever been afraid of the dentist, or if you’re looking for a practice that combines expertise with genuine kindness, this is the place. I’m so thankful I found them and would recommend this office without hesitation.

Most attentive staff I have dealt with at a dentistry. The facility is always clean and organized. I stopped going elsewhere because I just felt much more comfortable here. I have always gotten adequate help. And I’d like to mention that Dr. Reza is stellar! He personally followed up on a procedure to ensure I was well.

I called at 8:20 am on a Wednesday for a chipped front tooth emergency. Monique answered on the first ring and got me a new patient appointment at 9am that day! Escondido family dental care is located upstairs from neighborhood healthcare in downtown Escondido. They took X-rays and the Dentist gave me some good information of things I need to care for sooner then later, but didn't pressure as they knew my front tooth was a priority. Rosie then takes care of finances. It's a tough job but she makes it feel not so painful. ;) Elizabeth was in charge of my patient care and the chipped tooth fill. She did beautiful work and my front tooth looks like new. From start to finish Escondido family dental care is a team that treats you like family. Same day service is what family is all about!
