Was refused as new patient. Claimed they could not meet my expectations.
As a disabled veteran that has been getting the run around and confusing information on my implants health and its needed cleaning, I was sure to have found the best place…
I expected dentist at cutting edge who also using latest tech who is able to clean my teeth and implant properly. A new doctor because my last one told me my implant was failing and was not cleaned properly only to discover they were the ones cleaning my teeth. I figured a well reviewed implant practice using latest tech would be a breath of fresh air and best way to address my additional periodontal concern on one tooth having recess gum.
I also would want my teeth checked for cavities and possibly put resin on front teeth to help with sensitivity but that was not my main concern.
My biggest concern was my one implants health and getting teeth cleaned properly since I have one implant I got done years ago in Dallas (one which has not been cleaned properly by my initial dentist that i trying to replace).
They suggested I go back to the original implant doctor in Dallas to get a referral— and that they usually only see patients that have been referred. I explained I live here.
Was escorted out by office mgr or something— they were nice to offer more coffee.. no, no thank you.
Why a one start? Their main business is implants and they also do cleanings and periodontal/gum related stuff (sfar as I understood).. and they did not want to assess my implants health nor do cleaning— so yeah.. should be zero stars— but one is the least I can give.

I had such a great experience with Ashley as my dental hygienist! She is incredibly gentle, thorough, and made me feel completely at ease from the moment I sat in the chair. Ashley took the time to explain everything she was doing and answered all of my questions with patience and kindness, which I really appreciated.
My cleaning was very detailed but still comfortable, and I could tell she truly cares about her patients and their oral health. She also gave helpful tips on how to better care for my teeth at home without making it feel overwhelming.
If you’re someone who gets a little nervous about dental visits, Ashley is the perfect person to see—she has such a calming presence and makes the whole experience so much better. I highly recommend her!

Excellent work! Love everyone here. Great team that works together and sweet staff! Kim is the best insurance coordinator & Ashley in the front is so sweet. Keilin is a wonderful assistant. I love the way Danielle cleans my teeth! The best deep 🧼 cleaning! Dr. Oviedo is a wonderful dentist. Great office to work with! Beautiful office to work with!!

I was very concerned about having my teeth cleaned because the last couple of times at a different place. I had extreme sensitivity and issues afterwards. Ashley Weaver did the most incredible cleaning I’ve ever had done. There were no sensitive or issues afterwards. Plus she explained in depth what she was doing during the process. You know when you leave getting your teeth cleaned and you have stuff between your teeth that you’re just not sure they cleaned out properly. Ashley left none of that. She is very thorough and will leave you feeling very good about your experience.👍🏻😊 Thank you, Ashley! I will always have you clean my teeth from now on

Great doctor! Staff went above and beyond to make my dad feel comfortable with his treatment and options. Kimberly went that extra step to making sure all our questions regarding insurance and finances were answered. Procedure was scheduled, pre op and post op made by Alicia assured us he was in great hands! Great job team!!!
