My youngest had an extra tooth that needed to be surgically removed because it was embedded in his gums above his permanent tooth. After getting a second opinion at FACES, we immediately felt confident moving forward with Dr. Crum based on our experience with him and his entire team, and we’re so glad we did. From our very first visit, Dr. Crum was exceptional. He took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure, patiently answered every question we had, and made us feel completely at ease. His expertise was evident, but what stood out even more was the genuine care he showed my son. He has a wonderful way of making both kids and parents feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. Dr. Crum also brought in Dr. Stafford, the dentist anesthesiologist, who was equally outstanding. He met with my son and me a few days before the procedure to walk us through exactly what to expect when “going to sleep.” His calm, reassuring approach helped ease any nerves, and on the day of the procedure, everything went exactly as he had described (but even easier, it seemed like!). The entire team at FACES was incredible. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and genuinely personable, making the experience seamless from start to finish. The office itself is modern, spotless, and welcoming, creating an environment that immediately puts you at ease. When your child needs oral surgery, it can be an overwhelming experience. Thanks to Dr. Crum and his amazing team, ours was anything but. They made what could have been a stressful situation feel smooth, reassuring, and incredibly well cared for. If you’re looking for an oral surgeon, I can’t recommend Dr. Crum and the team at FACES highly enough. They exceeded our expectations in every way. Thank you Dr. Crum and FACES!

I had double jaw surgery with Dr. Allen Huang about a month ago - it was a hard, but extremely rewarding experience. Dr. Huang is a master of his craft, making sure to blend both function and aesthetics for a result that I am very happy with so far. Although I am only a month post-op, I am already very satisfied. Dr. Huang is always present for any questions or concerns throughout the process, whether that be the physical or mental aspects of getting a surgery of this caliber, and even the tasks no one wants to deal with like insurance. I’m very grateful to have found this office and would wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Huang 100% of the times.

Patient. Open-minded. Humble. These were words I threw out the window when I blew up Dr. Huang's messages with questions during my first week of recovery, having undergone jaw surgery with him and Dr. Yip. Every single one was answered with speed, patience, and care. The urgent ones, in less than a minute, no matter the time of day. I was discharged over the weekend, and pharmacies were closing early; some didn't have the liquid medications I needed in stock—Dr. Huang had prescriptions sent to three different pharmacies in my vicinity within the span of 30 minutes that same afternoon. And this dedication to service goes beyond him: the Faces staff—Diana and Candice—were just as instrumental in my experience, handling the entire consulting and insurance process with a level of warmth and care that made a stressful time so much easier to navigate. I’ve had my fair share of surgeries, and of all the doctors I've seen in my life, Dr. Huang is the best I've ever had the pleasure—yes, pleasure, after having my face cut open by him—of encountering. I'm naturally curious, so I ask a lot of questions. Never once have I felt rushed, patronized, or under-informed in any conversation I've had with him. On the contrary, Dr. Huang has gone above and beyond to be there for me, even in moments when he didn't need to be. A check-up appointment becomes a 30-minute Q&A session. A line of concern ends with him offering his personal number. A surgery turns into two weeks of constant back-and-forths over text. In short, Dr. Huang has completely elevated my patient experience with his skill and care: not only did he fix my bite, he made the most challenging surgery I've ever endured just a little more endurable—a temporary obstacle made easier to overcome knowing he was always on my side, a light at the end of the tunnel. In my post-op recovery, I thought outside the box (did not follow dietary protocol) and still have had a marvellous recovery. Whether that speaks to his surgical prowess or my remarkable resilience, no one can say for certain. But what I can say with absolute certainty is that Dr. Huang is one of the most caring, kind, and selfless people I’ve ever met, and knowing what I know now, there is no one else I'd rather have as my surgeon than him. He makes it known that the feedback from his patients makes his work all worth it, but truthfully, it's the other way around—it's him being who he is that makes what patients go through worth the adversity. So thank you, Dr. Huang, for being who you are.

Our family has had two completely different procedures performed by this practice, and both experiences were exceptional. Our first experience was so outstanding that when another family member needed all four wisdom teeth removed, we never considered going anywhere else. There are so many oral surgeons to choose from for wisdom teeth extractions, and we are incredibly grateful we chose Dr. Allen Huang and his team. One family member underwent a minor surgical procedure on their tongue, and the surgery was flawless. There was virtually no pain, no complications, and the entire process—from consultation through recovery—was handled with incredible skill and professionalism. Another family member had all four impacted wisdom teeth removed, making the procedure more complex than a routine extraction. Dr. Allen Huang took the time to thoroughly explain every option, including the choice of anesthesia or remaining awake during the procedure. The patient chose to stay awake, and the experience exceeded every expectation. There was absolutely no pain during the procedure, and Dr. Huang made the patient feel comfortable, informed, and completely at ease throughout. Even the recovery was far easier than we expected, with minimal swelling and an uneventful healing process. What truly sets this practice apart is the level of personal care. Dr. Huang personally called us later the same day after surgery to check on the patient and continued to follow up regularly over the next two weeks to ensure the recovery was progressing well. He even provided his personal cell phone number and encouraged us to call or text with any questions or concerns. Every time we reached out, he responded promptly and thoughtfully. It is rare to find a surgeon who combines exceptional technical skill with such genuine compassion and accessibility. Although this practice accepts insurance, the level of care feels like that of a concierge medical practice. Every member of the team is kind, caring, responsive, and genuinely dedicated to their patients' well-being. We are incredibly grateful for the outstanding care our family received and recommend Dr. Allen Huang and his team without hesitation. If you're looking for an oral surgeon who is exceptionally skilled, extraordinarily talented, compassionate, and committed to providing the highest level of care, you won't find a better practice.

Dr. Kyle Yip made my wisdom tooth extraction surprisingly easy. That's saying a lot coming from an anxious patient with low pain tolerance. He was thorough, reassuring, and clearly very skilled, making the entire process feel calm, efficient, and much less intimidating than I expected. Diana at the front office was also incredibly helpful with scheduling, coordination, and all of the logistics from start to finish. I highly recommend this practice to anyone needing oral surgery.
