I have had a couple of surgeries at FOSI, including an implant and bone grafting. Considering the challenges of achieving sufficient bone support in my case, Dr. Navid did great work, and I am happy with the result. I want to recognize his knowledge and professionalism.
He answers all my tricky questions, makes information easy to understand, and guides me through the process with a positive attitude and a bunch of charisma.
I especially appreciate the multiple follow-ups to ensure everything is healing well and the option of a personal call for any developing concerns—something many dentists don't offer.
I am also thankful to Dr. Senehi's team. Everyone is friendly and professional, and the office itself is very nice.
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is still on the fence.

Doctors can have identical educational backgrounds and the same number of years in practice, but skill and precision belong to the individual—and Dr. Senehi is truly a master of his craft. I had two wisdom teeth removed along with a bone graft, and the experience went so smoothly that I find myself marveling that I actually had the procedure done. The swelling was minimal, and the recovery process was swift and uncomplicated.
You are sent home with everything you need, and Dr. Senehi personally calls you that evening to check on your healing and answer any questions. I cannot emphasize enough how much his expertise, attention to detail, and genuine desire to stay on the cutting edge of medical advances set him apart. At every stage I felt thoroughly cared for, and in exceptionally capable hands.

I had a very uncomfortable experience at this office and would encourage others to seek a second opinion before proceeding with treatment.
I was told I needed bone grafts in addition to wisdom teeth removal, which significantly increased the estimated cost. I felt pressured into additional procedures and was surprised by the pricing, including approximately $500 per tooth for bone grafts. I would recommend patients independently verify whether these are necessary in their case.
I also felt communication around treatment options and anesthesia was unclear at times, and I did not feel my questions were fully addressed.
Some recommended procedures, such as a night guard and removal of a small lesion on my lip, were quoted at costs I found unexpectedly high, and I was not aware they may not be fully covered by insurance.
The process of obtaining my CT scan was also disorganized, as I received a USB drive that appeared unopened despite prior notice of my pickup.
Overall, I did not feel comfortable with the experience and chose not to proceed with treatment. I would recommend getting multiple opinions before agreeing to any major dental work.

My experience with this office was awful and sus. During the consultation, the focus felt heavily placed on scheduling extraction surgery of my wisdom teeth that was not necessary or needed. Additionally, I was surprised by unexpected charges added to my bill for a brief consultation. No chance I am coming back!

I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed + an emergency sinus surgery here with Dr. Senehi. I couldn't recommend him more! I was super nervous before the procedure but him and his staff were VERY comforting. I also had basically no swelling and I didn't even need to take the pain killers.. everything went smoothly :)
