i have to start by saying that i am deathly afraid of the dentist due to past trauma. Dr. Kyle Krause was absolutely amazing. He kept me informed the entire time. He saw how much pain I was in & helped me relax by providing me with numbness medication. His team was patient and didn't push me to begin until I was ready. We had to make the decision to extract the tooth. Of course it hurt but because of the care and taking time to allow the medication to beging numbing the extraction was more of a pressure pain. Him and his team was just amazing and I truly appreciate the time and care that they showed me. I explained why I get so scared and honestly hurt so bad when it comes to my teeth. The team listened and took extra time to ensure I was pain ready and emotionally ready. I would absolutely recommend Falls Town dental over any other dentist team that i have ever delt with in the past. They allowed my husband to be in with me the entire time. Thank you again Dr. Krause and your team.

This was my first visit to set up as a new patient. The staff was very courteous and professional. I made mention that I needed to get set up as a new patient as I was needing to schedule a cleaning. They checked their bookings and just happened to have an opening to do a cleaning right then. How lucky!! 2 birds-1 stone. Kennedy was the hygienist that did my cleaning and she was absolutely fantastic. Wonderful personality, friendly and made you feel very comfortable. I was in & out in less than a hour. Thank you, Falls Town, for the service and attention.

Called on Monday after Thanksgiving was able to get in Tuesday. The entire staff were the kindest most professional staff i have dealt with in many years. My concerns were addressed quickly and treatment was exactly as needed to be. Everything was explained to me in a professional yet understanding way. No pushy you need this or that. Thankfully it is open-season so I immediately changed my insurance to make sure this office is "in network". I will definitely be seeing them soon for any dental work needed.

Office staff is very nice and accommodating. They will let you know up front what the cost is so you can plan for the procedure. Dr. Fick makes sure you're comfortable through your procedure and explains everything. She takes pride in her work wants you to like the results.

AWSOME!!! From the receptionists to the dental technicians to the dentist you are treated with compassion, courtesy, and respect. You fell like they care about you as a person and not someone that just walks in the door. Megan was awesome making sure I was comfortable and constantly checked on me instead of putting me in a chair and leaving. Dr Krause examined me, and asked me what I wanted to do concerning my tooth before explaining what he found and agreed on how to proceed. He explained what was going to happen and they ensured I was ok throughout the procedure. When I left it wasn’t just bye but to call if I had any questions or concerns. AWESOME!!!
