I don’t know how I feel. My first visit was great. Dentist was great the assistants were wonderful. My second visit for my root canal was weird. The dentist didnt said anything to me besides doubting that I felt pain. I didn’t get any after care instructions. Wasn’t told anything about when I’d be getting my permanent cap. The assistant was kind and caring. I was told to stop making noises because it was throwing the dentist off. My mouth had been open for 2 hours at that point the noises were involuntary. Idk there’s good and bad and now idk how to take care of my root canal so 🤷🏻♀️
Edit: I came in for a filling today and had a seriously amazing experience. I think that dentist was maybe having a bad day with my last visit but the one I got today was so kind and of course the assistants were as amazing as my last two visits. My next visit will be to get a crown on the root canal tooth and I’m looking forward to it!

If I could give zero stars I would. Made the appt, called back to talk about insurance not kicking in so what are my options. Was told that they have a program that offers a large discount due to me having insurance but insurance isn't effective for this procedure. Took the day off work because I knew recovery would be difficult. Got there and was told that the program for the discount doesn't start until the 19th, 17 days away!!! I told her thank you and turned to leave. She asked if I wanted to make an appt for the 19th. I let her know that I'll schedule an appt with a dentist that tells the truth up front. Will never do business with them again (already had X-rays done for the procedure) and will certainly not recommend them to anyone.

Love the ortho team and the new doctor, as he also explains everything step by step and makes sure I understand how to take care of my braces. I don't remember the three dental assistants that always get me but big thank you for being gentle and helping me pick out my color bands and the new doctor for helping me correct my smile. Also thank you to the friendly front desk lady that sits closest to the entry in when being taken to the back! On the left, She always remembers me and greats me super friendly.

Dr Aswad and the staff are attentive and prompt to care for one’s dental needs. They go above and beyond to schedule you in at your convenience. I recommend these guys to any and everyone needing dental work done.
