Great experience. Dr. Narra & staff had me in & out within an 1 1/2 and pain free. Waited in libbey less than 5 minutes. The entire staff. The front desk, and all assistants were awesome. Thank you very muchš

This is the worst dentist office Iāve ever visited. Not only is it run down but the dentist did not adequately answer my questions nor give me enough time to ask them! It was a 5 min visit from the dentist and then to ācleanā my teeth. Which involved a water pickā¦ nothing else no toothpaste , no floss and definitely no fluoride that a full clean would entail. Iām waiting for them to send out the bill because Iām about to contest that clean. Now I wonāt be able to get a clean from a reputable dentist for 6 months.. as my insurance only allows 2 cleans a year. The office was also dingy looking and looked liked it had been in need of an update several years ago. I was awry as soon as I got to the office but still went inside and decided to give a chance. I fully regret now.

Dr. Narra was do awesome making me feel comfortable with my removal. And the staffs is outstanding and very kind.Im glad he my doctor. Thank you so much ā¤ļø

I have mixed feeling with certain dentist in the past but let me tell you about Dr. Narra. Absolutely amazing! 11/10 Recommend! He fixed all the issues I was having, he was extremely supportive, gentle & communicated very well with everything he was doing when he was doing it. He was very welcoming & made sure I had all the information I needed before starting any procedure. I was in and out in no time! Staff was very kind & place was very clean! Definitely will be seeing Dr. Narra again! If youāre looking for an amazing & patient Oral Surgeon/Dentist seriously look no further! BOOK DR.NARRA @FAMILIA IN SPRINGFIELD IL!

Awesome place! Friendly and caring. Another dentist wanted to pull all my teeth and give me dentures. Familia told me my teeth were good and gave me partials instead saving me a lot of pain and money.
